Trump's promised ICE raids have begun

Thank you to Lara Trump and Fox News for having me on to expose the horrors I witnessed alongside ICE and Secretary Kristi Noem in Chicago.

I personally watched ICE agents in Chicago come under all-out assault. Tires slashed, bricks and rocks thrown, fireworks exploding around them.

Secretary Kristi Noem was on the ground making arrests herself.

Federal agents are risking their lives to enforce the law while JB Pritzker lets the city burn.

Pray for our agents. They are the last line of defense.

A question: When ICE agents commit crimes, then formally, who are supposed to hold them accountable? To whom should people claim? The local ICE office? The police?

They're pepper spraying police officers now, so apparently not. Don't know how they can be stopped, Night of the Long Fangs?
 
ICE is Trump's Sturmabteilung (SA), an extralegal force of violent street thugs who answer only to him. The SA, however, became too big and powerful, and its leader, Ernst Röhm (who wanted his SA to replace the Reichswehr), became a threat to Hitler, so Hitler purged Röhm and the Sturmabteilung. I don't think that will happen here.

I'm reminded of HFK's old adage "Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable". I don't want violence or a civil war, but all the same it seems increasingly inevitable.

I don't know what to say anymore. I'm aghast at what is happening. I'm never going back to the states again.

Side note: My mother and her boyfriend are coming to visit me here in Guate in a month, and I'm very, very nervous for him as he is Latino-American. Even though he has a US passport, I'm not sure they should come

I don't know if the highlighted sentence needs clarification, but if it does, I meant that I don't think that ICE will get purged like Hitler's SA. I have no doubt that ICE is the new SA and that it is happening here.

...Yes, it's frightening. Masked SA/Gestapo goons should at least have training. Lack of training makes them more likely to lash out when scared, and you know there will be more and more confrontations and going forward, and that ICE is a bunch of scared and insecure little manchildren.
