What a maroon
What a maroon
That's the thing. It's always good practice to try those zip ties on for size before saying 'those people' should just laugh it off and sleep well.It is very easy to accept collateral damage when you're not it. Or at least it seems so, for some.
Yeah, replies by a certain poster in this thread bears that out. The masks are off. They're not hiding it anymore. What pretence? They are enjoying using their military toys on unwilling victims. It is just testing the edges of their swords by decapitating random strangers
Forgot to mention- on the clip from Andy_Ross upthread about this raid, I counted over a dozen guys in zip ties, at a quickie count, and that's just what that one videoer caught. And I'm talking zip ties in view of the camera. So unless we are proposing a Deep Fake scenario...... I will say that only one person claims to have been zip-tied...

Again, if you're stipulating that everything is true, then you're stipulating that this was such a situation. In such a situation, yes, you might. I am not convinced this was such a situation.
Pretty damn good, actually. How would you feel about the president declaring war on antifa next,
If there were antifa in my building, I'd be the first to invite the feds in.and deciding that, say, your street was loaded with them, and gave you similar treatment?
Getting detained and released in an anti-terrorist sweeping operation seems like something extremely unpleasant to have happen. I wish there were some other way to effectively deal with problems like embedded gangsters and terrorists in our communities. I won't excuse myself from the consequences of the measures I'm proposing. You, personally, and your loved ones, corralled, and drug out of your home in the middle of the night?
If there were antifa in my building, I'd be the first to invite the feds in.
I'm not seeing anything about violent terrorists or human shields in any version of the story. I'm seeing sleeping apartment dwellers grabbed in the middle of the night.Again, if you're stipulating that everything is true, then you're stipulating that this was such a situation.
Since antifa is nothing more than being anti-fascist, you might want to think long and hard about that.Pretty damn good, actually.
I don't think they wait for an invitation. I think they break your door down, drag you out like a dog, and later decide if you are a criminal at their leisure. If there were antifa in my building, I'd be the first to invite the feds in.
I have no faith in government acting outside due process and the rule of law against our own citizens on our own soil. Trusting them to be ultimately doing the right thing does not justify their Macciavellian approach.Getting detained and released in an anti-terrorist sweeping operation seems like something extremely unpleasant to have happen. We could examine the zig zag halos for the masking lines, but I think we lost our resident expert on the matter. One thing to look for in "deep fake" videos are shadows and reflections in objects like windows, windshields, and metal objects, and also in the glasses of the ICE jackasses.
I don't see anything like that in that video.

Fair enough. Thanks for the conversation.I'm not seeing anything about violent terrorists or human shields in any version of the story. I'm seeing sleeping apartment dwellers grabbed in the middle of the night.
They posted pics of a select few of the 'captured terrorists'. A couple had no greater terrorist crimes against them than shoplifting and such. And this was what they are bragging about.

Caedite eos. Novit enim Dominus qui sunt eius.Sometimes you just have to round every one up, and then separate the wheat from the chaff.
Not sure how you get there from "detain them all, and figure out who's who".Caedite eos. Novit enim Dominus qui sunt eius.
He's not qualified, he got a "B" in gym.Maybe they'll take you along too, or sign you up right on the spot:

Ah, I have such fond memories of the Albigensian Crusade. Perhaps one day we will remember the Chicago Crusade.Caedite eos. Novit enim Dominus qui sunt eius.
If by "conversation" you mean "raised my head and got it beaten down like I was in a Whack-a-Mole game," you're welcome.Fair enough. Thanks for the conversation.
