BBC is reporting that HAMAS is not willing to accede with the 20-point-plan.
CBS is reporting that HAMAS is 'leaning towards' accepting it.
QATAR is saying the plan will need revisions, clarifications, adjustments.
Yvette is saying that if HAMAS rejects the plan, he calls on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to “declare clearly and unequivocally now - by not accepting Trump’s plan, HAMAS is forcing us to immediately close all crossings into Gaza. No humanitarian aid, no electricity, water, or fuel. Enough is enough.”

Yes, on Yom Kippur most of Israel will be saying the following prayer. Its never been more appropriate than today, considering the horrible behavior of the IDF in Gaza. May God forgive them.

Is Egypt allowing a flow of 'dire straits' refugees to leave Gaza?
If the answer is "no" we're just proving, ipso facto, that Egypt is refusing to allow them exit at Rafah.

Sisi elect to allow that duty be taken over by the International Community Forces whose sole job will be to supervise the demilitarization of this NewState of Palestine and maintain a semblance of order for these millions of war refugees who want to go elsewhere at this time, in anticipation of being given "newPalestine" citizenship for future immigration back to the (expanded) coastal enclave, under different rules.

Yeah, just like the terrible and ultimate crimes of 'genocide' we've been committing diligently and methodically (!), the State of Israel is also going to embark on 'ethnic cleansing' to boot, by permitting/facilitating mass humanitarian convoys to exit Gaza Strip. And for the trifecta, let's add in some more 'starvation' for everyone in Gaza, because that goes along perfectly with the entire mess that HAMAS created for the people they 'govern' ----

BTW, I seem to recall some mention of 'opening the gates of hell' on Gaza (a reminder from the West Wing at 1600 Pennsylvania Av.) so let's see how that turns into IDF action on the ground.

Every man, woman and child in Gaza City is being told that by remaining where they are, the IDF will consider them to be HAMAS-affiliated, and no longer just 'innocent' civilians, but rather, enemy combatants and their supporters. We know what comes with being so designated --- they'll be facing overwhelming advancing armor and engineering demolition teams. No Mercy.

It's been a busy week.
Blockade-busters Busted.
Hezbollah bleating about having to disarm.
Syria trying to get into the Abraham Accords.
Yemen's maniacs seem to have lost their appetite for more mayhem.
Gaza's HAMAS executives just narrowly escaped (they were likely given heads-up to take a bathroom break just at the right time).
Whoooo Weeeee, if you aren't intrigued by all that, then what does float your boat?!

Can you imagine the logistics, the manpower, the myriad of sea-going navy vessels (perhaps even a submarine) all that had to be diverted from patrols along Israel's coastal perimeter, while threats still exist from HAMAS infiltrations, or Hezbollah commandos, or even from Syria, which is not too far up the way from Nahariya.

The whole thing these 'activists' planned just stinks to high-heaven, and I hope every one of those sailboats is confiscated and given to organizations in Israel that are tasked with rehabilitating and engaging with wounded soldiers of the IDF. A fleet of pleasure craft would be just the right 'medicine' for them -- and even sweeter considering who 'donated' them to the cause!

jt512, their attempt to interfere with the Israeli embargo is actually turning into a more serious case of HAMAS-support than previously imagined.
None of the 40 vessels participating in the Global Sumud Flotilla was carrying ANY humanitarian aid, according to the Israeli Foreign Affairs Ministry. As the boats were inspected at Ashdod (in anticipation of transferring some minor quantities of food, medicines and baby formula & diapers), their holds were found to be devoid of materials destined for Gazans at all.

Reports are now filtering in of more boats assembling for another attempt at provocation against the IDF.
At some point, the IDF will declare them to be "in the service of the enemy" and just sink 'em, with Italy's or Greece's navies having to fish the life-vest floaters out of the sea.

Blockades are illegal when used to starve or to collectively punish a civilian population. In such cases, they are a war crime and potentially a crime against humanity.

Interesting that a combatant attacking armed belligerents in what has been called a war who have invaded his country who have committed myriads of war crimes including killing thousands of innocent unarmed civilians including hundreds of children is called a terrorist. Pretty sure this would be a legitimate combatant.

The Deal is 100% Neo-Colonialism: a deal designed by Tech Brose with strong Israel connections to install a foreign rule with the veto and blessing of Israel to make sure that New Palestine will keep the belligerent locals ion line and teach them the error of their ways of wanting any self-determination in the first place.
It is very much an offer at gunpoint, and Hamas is hardly a legitimate representative of the Palestinians.

I am all for ending the killing years and decades ago, and anything that allows Palestinians to stay in their land means that there is still a chance of a future for them and their State.

But no one should for a second believe that the Palestinian People will or should consider the Peace Deal as legitimate or binding.

Clearly Mr Katz is a war criminal who must be tried. Innocent civilians who stay in the war zone cannot be unilaterally and indiscriminately declared to be terrorist, which is a designation for unlawful combatant. Such is a war crime.

Seems Israel is full of war crimes these days. No wonder they are pretty much the most hated country on the Earth, and Israelis the most hated nationality.

They act like they have done nothing wrong, and don't deserve to be resented and hated, but by standing up for and supporting what their government is doing, they are all basically co-conspirators, unless they can prove that they are standing up against their government's war crimes.
