Trump's Second Term

On the 800 military tha Hegseth is collecting
isn't that a massive, I mean massive, risk?
A loud and wide announcement that for the next couple of days the US military won't be doing very much, so we thank all adversaries in advance for not doing anything, either.

THE "NAPOLEON COMPLEX" BALLROOM WILL BE THREE TIMES THE SIZE OF THE WHITE HOUSE. AN UGLY MONUMENT TO DONNY'S SHORTCOMINGS. (SOME SAY TINY) I, GAVIN C. NEWSOM, WILL SIGN AN EXECUTIVE ORDER TO CHANGE THE NAME FROM "THE DONALD TRUMP BALLROOM" TO "THE EPSTEIN FILES STORAGE FACILITY."

That is an absolute ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ obscenity! I hope that if there's ever a Democratic president again, they'll have it torn down.

That's a relieve.

I was worried that they would build a New Germania.
That's next. "Trumpania" is coming. It will be an architectural monstrosity, and for white people only. However, it will end up mostly uncompleted and cost the taxpayers trillions of dollars.

But the 25th Amendment itself is literally part of the Constitution, and therefore cannot be unconstitutional by definition.

And yet, this Supreme Court seems willing to rule as legal, many actions that would seem on their face as unconstitutional.

With no higher authority to appeal to, they alone determine what is constitutional and what isn’t.

Democrats are about to shutdown the government because they demand we fund healthcare for illegal aliens.

Democrats are about to shut down the federal government because President Trump won't force American taxpayers to pay for free health care for illegal aliens.

25th Ammendment? Never gonna happen, and will be declared unconstitutional and anybody who floats it will be indicted.
I agree that it's never going to happen unless the president actually is incapacitated. But the 25th Amendment itself is literally part of the Constitution, and therefore cannot be unconstitutional by definition.
True, you cannot rule something 'unconstitutional' if it is actually part of the constitution. But, I would not put it past this supreme court to run 'interference' for Trump.

Something like "this case doesn't have merit but we will listen to the arguments anyways and rule on it anyways... at the very end of the current session, after Trump has had another year to mess up the country.."

Or "the amendment requires 'principle officers' in the administration to declare him incapacitated but it doesn't define what a 'principle officer' is in this context".

And look what's happening to the first amendment, right now!
