maybe, not that familiar with the guy. reverse image search on the exclusive photo brings up very few results. could be because of the face blur too.

i both was and wasn’t too surprised at how much his wife seemed to dislike him. i would hope that when i die my wife wouldn’t invite a bunch of nazis to my funeral to turn it into a political rally and sell stuff.

In my experience I've tended to find that unless the deceased was a Viking, the most moving memorial services don't tend to heavily feature pyrotechnics.

Not surprising. The ABC have overreached, and they know it! They also badly misread the viewing audience - they copped a lot of blowback, both from the public and from celebrities, who made it pretty clear they would boycott the ABC's other programs and products in retaliation for what they did.

Now watch them try to spin this up as some temporary suspension that was never going to be permanent.

Kirk was very vocally pro-Israel, fully onboard with the Evangelical Eschaton belief of the End Times requiring a strong Israel ready to be destroyed and converted for Christ to come.

It will be interesting to see if someone (Erica Kirk?) will be able to hold the ship together, or if this is going to hasten the collapse of MAGA and the Evangelical Movement.

As a lifelong Democrat, I didn’t know what to make of Charlie Kirk. I’ve since spent several lunch breaks watching his debates (FULL videos) and have come away with the impression that we got him all wrong. The reaction from those on my side of the aisle have really made me rethink whether we’re on the right side of history.
Well, I’m crossing the aisle—I just registered as a Republican.

Megadosing your kid on acetaminophen is something you only get to do once per kid. Unless you have a voucher from the liver transplant surgeon.

And that there is yer major problem with paracetamol (speaking as one who had 2 patients just this side of needing a liver transplant from paracetamol ODs); I'd make the stuff prescription only.

So the age bracket with the most Charlie Kirk fans aren't young people. It's boomers.
And when you look at race, white people view him most favorably. And as for sex, men tend to like him more than women do.

As it turns out, a typical Kirk fan is an old white guy, a conservative right-leaning Republican, who voted for Trump in 2024.
And it's not as if there aren't also many old white guys who view him unfavorably.

And it's also not as if college kids are different in this respect.

It is possible to make it a lot safer by adding its antidote to the pills .


When I found out about this, I was shocked it's not being implemented, even at the cost of a more expensive drug.

No idea how many left-wing ideas one has to adopt in order to be considered left-wing overall and don't really care to speculate on that.

On the specific cultural issues of transgender acceptance and gender exploration more generally, I think we can reasonably conclude that Kirk was coming from the right and Robinson from the left.
