Trump's Second Term

My money is still on him having had another dose of Covid. That rant he posted on Truth Social about the value of Covid vaccines not being properly explained in the middle of his "disappearence" smacked to me of anger at having got it again, and his doctors explaining to him why skipping boosters had probably made it worse than it needed to have been.

As someone else pointed out it was likely the result if having recommended treatments explained to him, 'no one knows' usually means 'I've just been told' with him.

America should model it's judicial system on China it seems

Trump on Fox & Friends: "One thing I say is we have to have quick trials. I called it quick trial. 'Cause in China they do have quick trials, you know? ... They should have a trial the following day."

Deciding the verdict in advance does help expidite the trial process.

You have to admit his track record on whether people are guilty or not is very good....

Probably why he wants the quick trials, he didn't get the verdict he wanted.

The answer to homelessness

“Or involuntary lethal injection or something. Just kill them.” - Fox News Host during a segment about the homeless population

A modest proposal: Why not eat them? Indeed, feed them to each other.

Why build a ballroom when you could build a Colosseum? Tramp fights, to the death.

"A poor man shames his village." Kill the ◊◊◊◊, problem solved.

The problem is that in money based capitalism, someone is going to be poor no matter how you work out the math. Throw in the econ 101 supply demand curve where if everyone can afford food and shelter there is room to raise prices, and you have a guaranteed homeless problem.

As long as we can look at the people who are currently homeless, point at them condecendingly and blame them for their plight, the system can remain stable to the benefit of everyone (except the poor, but they don't count).

However, if you kill the homeless, someone else will become homeless and need to be killed. Then someone else will become homeless, etc. Pretty quickly, a lot of people will not want to play capitalism anymore.

It would make ICE's job a lot easier if they could just shoot anyone they find on the street instead of having to go to the trouble of locking them up and deporting them.

Electrify the streets. If you have nowhere to go and are out after curfew, hard luck, but you were making the place look untidy as the president swept past, being driven to the golf club for a nice sit down.

this seems a little hyperbolic when you read it, but i ageee that people that want to cut social safety nets don’t realize how integral it is to keeping the whole system running.
