Not that it matters to me. Assassinating an enemy commander in his hospital bed is legitimate, in my opinion.

According to international humanitarian law (IHL), health establishments and units, including hospitals, should not be attacked. This protection extends to the wounded and sick as well as to medical staff and means of transport. The rule has few exceptions.
It is a war crime to kill an enemy soldier while he is receiving medical treatment at a hospital. Nevermind the fact that you have repeatedly disregarded the value & legitimacy of international laws governing conduct in a war.
