Cont: The Trials of Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito: Part 32

This is why I don't think you're really a woman because your ignorance of the bra clasp alone is proof enough for me, otherwise your sex is none of my business.

-
RS would have had to have been gripping it hard for his DNA to be so firmly entrenched on the hook bend, and torn off or cut off with a knife. The bra hook was under the body and the bra itself some distance away from the body. What kind of animal tears off a lovely young lady's bra with a knife or with his hands? Refused to enter the witness box to account for himself.

Not my theory, it is the conclusion of the courts.

It's the version you claimed to be true therefore I regard it as "your" version irrespective of who first came up with the idea. It's clearly contradicted by the forensic evidence. Therefore your claim to be objective and to be following the forensic evidence is obviously untrue.

Instead of trying to wriggle out of defending your position, why don't you explain the contradiction or better still just admit your bias and that you don't care what the evidence is, you just decided early on ago they were guilty and can't change your mind?

The broken window was discussed in detail at the time. You should be able to search it and let me know where you disagree.

"RS would have had to have been gripping it hard for his DNA to be so firmly entrenched on the hook bend..."

Nope. You still don't get it, and that's actually even more proof.

There were five samples:
Two from the floor, the rock, two from the window.
Yes, but the final three were from the 18 Dec inspection. The point I was making is that they dismissed Filomena's room right from the gate, therefore pointing out there was no trace of Guede in the room is meaningless. They wouldn't have found trace of anyone, the way they glossed over the room.

The broken window was discussed recently and it was clear that your version of events is contradicted by the forensics. Therefore I don't need to go away and read the entire thread to know that you are not telling the truth when you claim to be objective and following the forensics.

Why do you gaslight us like this by pretending to be unbiased when it's obviously untrue?

Knox did, in her self-serving Netflix film.

It wasn't Knox's film.
Nobody knows as none of it was corroborated
According to Judge Michele and Tramontano's deposition, Tramontano's girlfriend called 113. She corroborated that.
That is a slogan; a PIP soundbite mantra. Dogma. Remember? That is just a handy PIP factoid. Something the PIP made up as it sounds good. Remember? It's not actually true!

Oh, yeah...the "slogan made up by the PIP" was included in Marasca-Bruno's MR when they stated that NO evidence of Knox or Sollecito was found in Kercher's bedroom. Something NOT possible if they had participated in her assault and murder.
Evidence in the murder room of the presence of AK and RS: 1. There is the ladies size 37 trainers imprint on the pillow beneath the body.
Proved to belong to Guede's Nike.
2. RS' full-profile DNA is on the bra clasp hook, which was also under the body.
But only collected 46 days later across the room after recorded multiple and egregious violations of anti-contamination protocols so embarrassingly shown in court. Only god knows when that DNA was deposited.

3. There is Knox' partial DNA on the bra fabric, which made one of her counsel walk off the case shortly after the result came out.
When are you going to stop repeating this lie? I've quoted and cited for you numerous times the evidence that her DNA was NOT on that bra. And it's Prof. Vinci, not "one of her counsel" that you've falsely claimed walked off her case. In fact, he testified in court for the defense.

4. There were two long strands of fairish hair: one gripped in the victim's hand in rigor mortis and one across Mez' bag.
And here we go again. As you've been repeatedly told, Knox's hair was dyed which is easily seen under a microscope. Since that hair was NOT introduced as evidence, your continual use of it as 'evidence' is just outright lying. Guede was seen dancing with two blondes the night before. Since HIS DNA was found in her blood on her purse...

5. Knox' table lamp was on the floor under Mez' bed. Yes, HER freaking lamp was on Mez' floor. Even Judge Massei leant over to question Knox in person about this.
Yes, HER freaking lamp could have been borrowed by Meredith to use on her study desk because Amanda wasn't using it.
6. the person who ransacked Filomena's room is the same person who trailed a shard of glass into the murder room.
Agreed! After ransacking Filomena's room and stepping on glass, it fell onto the floor during the murder struggle.
7. the same person who scattered bits of paper and cards after the murder and locked the door.
Agreed. There are more plausible explanations than someone deliberately scattering bits of paper on the duvet such as they were already on the duvet when it was pulled off and laid over Kercher or they were blown off the nightstand onto the duvet.

THAT is just some of the evidence of the duo's presence in the room.
None of that is evidence of their presence in the room. Most of it is just plain false.

BTW when you enter a room and none of your DNA is found after you've exited, does that mean you were absent from the room? Even Gill says absence of evidence does not mean absence of person.
BTW, they didn't just "enter" the room and then leave according to the prosecution. Instead, they claimed the pair actively participated in a violent assault by overpowering and forcibly holding Kercher down while Guede sexually assaulted her, Knox sat on top Kercher's naked body and cut her throat. Amazing how only Guede managed to leave his DNA in several places, his bloody handprint, and bloody shoeprints!

Completely untrue, and you know it. Therefore, you are knowingly, shall we say, less than frank.

Suffering from selective amnesia, are ya? Marasca MR:
9.4 Now, a fact of assured relevance in favor of the current appellants, in the sense of excluding their material participation to the homicide, even in the hypothesis of their presence in the house of via della Pergola, lies in the absolute absence of biological traces referable to them (apart from the hook of which we will discuss later) in the room of the homicide or on the victim’s body, where in contrast multiple traces attributable to Guede were found.

Er, if the knife fits..HIS knife, HER DNA.
Heh heh...but the knife didn't fit more than one wound and was only capable of making the fatal wound...along with any single edge knife in the country.

NOT her DNA. If it were, Hellmann and Marasca would have convicted. Just as they would have if Knox's footprint were in Kercher's blood. Suck it up, buttercup.

The two shelves, clearly the Italian didn't translate well.
You wrote: "And commit a burglary -by turning over two drawers of clothing - without taking anything AFTER the murder." That's nothing you translated. YOU wrote it.

It is a fact the staged scene took place AFTER the murder. This is because the cards and paper scattered over Filomena's room are also scattered on TOP of the duvet which is on TOP of the dead body. Ipso facto post-murder.
No, it's not a fact at all. Can you present evidence that the papers in Meredith's room were originally from Filomena's room? If not, then it's just another one of your assfacts.

I've already addressed the scattered papers. They could have already been on the duvet when it was pulled over onto Kercher's body or been blown on top from the night stand.

And Knox' DNA was mixed in with Mez' blood, which she must have spilt for it to have been mixed together. Blood starts drying within about half an hour.
Oh, my. What absolute claptrap that contradicts established forensic science.

Tell me, Vixen, if I brush my teeth before going to bed and leave my saliva or buccal cells in the sink then my husband cuts himself shaving the next morning and his blood falls on top that saliva or buccal cells, can the swab that collects that sample differentiate between his blood/DNA and those cells with my DNA? Will that sample contain both his DNA/blood and my non-blood DNA?

HINT: Yes and No, respectively.

RS would have had to have been gripping it hard for his DNA to be so firmly entrenched on the hook bend, and torn off or cut off with a knife.
False. Were the other men whose DNA was also found on that same hook "gripping it hard"?

The bra hook was under the body and the bra itself some distance away from the body.

And that bra hook was collected 46 days later across the room after numerous people had come in and out of that room. You seem to think RS's DNA HAD to have been deposited during the murder and not at some time during those 46 days or during the collection when it was directly touched by a dirty, unchanged glove.

What kind of animal tears off a lovely young lady's bra with a knife or with his hands? Refused to enter the witness box to account for himself.

Rudy Guede. You know...the same guy now under arrest on charges of raping and beating up his girlfriend

Stacyhs, is there a typo in the hint? Or am I missing something in your example?

But they did document it. The witness statement was typed up and an English translation provided; it was signed by Knox as being true to the best of her knowledge. This was after just 90 minutes in the Questura. The etymology of the word 'villain' originally referred to peasants with no legal status other than being in the service of the lords of the manor, derived from Old French brought over by French-speaking William the Conqueror. Hence these guys lived by their wits and wiles and were seen as n'e'er-do-wells by their rulers. Now the Police are public servants albeit insular to themselves in most western countries. They really do not wake up in the morning thinking who shall we falsely accuse today? They have oversight, regulations and standards. Italy is pretty much a police state, so yeah, there was a lot of undercover intelligence going on. Donnino wasn't just a 'civil servant' she was actively listening in on wiretaps which is something that would need a warrant in the UK or someone working for the intelligence agencies, without. They knew Knox and Sollecito were involved because of the undercover stuff. Building a case to present in court was the hard part, given Sollecito's <ahem> family connections ('honour bound' and omerta and all that <nudge nudge wink wink>). and ability to buy their way out of it via mafia-friendly Bongiorno and hiring a US PR Agency for Knox ('The best investment I ever made' ~ Curt Knox).
Your first statement is false. One example: there was no documentation of the discussion by the interpreter Donnino of her alleged case of traumatic amnesia. During the Massei court trial, Donnino testified to that discussion.

The statement as written in Italian by the police and then signed by Knox. It is not a written record of the questions and answers that occurred during the interrogation. The ECHR in its judgment Knox v. Italy took note of that; it is one contributing factor to the ECHR finding that there was a violation of Convention Article 6.1 with 6.3e (Google translation):
186. The Court notes that, despite the applicant having raised these complaints before the national authorities, she did not benefit from a procedure capable of shedding light on her allegations .... The authorities failed to assess A.D.’s conduct, to evaluate whether her functions as interpreter had been performed in accordance with the safeguards provided for in Article 6 §§ 1 and 3 (e) and to consider whether her conduct had had an impact on the outcome of the criminal proceedings brought against the applicant. The Court further notes that no mention is made in the relevant record of the exchanges between the applicant and A.D. during the interrogation of 6 November 2007.
187. In the Court's view, this initial defect therefore had repercussions on other rights which, while distinct from the one alleged to have been violated, are closely linked to it, and compromised the fairness of the proceedings as a whole ....

188. In light of the foregoing, Article 6 §§ 1 and 3 (e) of the Convention were infringed in the present case.

There is also no written record of the police informing her that she had become subject to investigation as a result of her statement, informing her of her right to remain silent, and of her right to have a lawyer.

So many fibs. Where to even begin? But carry on believing the fairy stories you tell yourself.

Suffering from selective amnesia, are ya? Marasca MR:
As has been pointed out, the mafia-friendly Bruno simply repeating back the mafia-friendly Bongiono who spent two and a half days beating the judges about the head with her phony Gill Report regurgitating Conti & Vecchiotti. Nothing at all to do with what was found at trial. However, I do understand that not everyone can grasp the finer details.
