I have been suggesting that the people who have been making a habit of bleating the loudest about "liberty" and "freedom", specially when Biden was president (and even more so, Obama) will be first in line to get fitted for the jackboots when the Trump regime starts handing them out (in fact, looking at some of those ICE people, I'm not sure we can rule out that they are already knowingly hiring militia types).

My purple state narrowly went for Trump but on the same ballot there was a citizen's initiative that's actually more permissive than Roe v. Wade. It passed by a much larger margin. Some Republicans were not on board with draconian bans. On another forum one fellow stated that "conservatives don't get abortions."
