A young British working family with one or two young children, shouldn’t be paying for families (41% Pakistani, 38% Bangladeshi) to have 5/6/7 children.
The two child cap is fair, it is reasonable, it is fit for purpose.
Removing it would be stupid. I’m with @KemiBadenoch on this one

I didn't know The Ivy held barbecues. I guess a couple of times a month would be nice but we may need to drop one of our six holidays to break even.
