I'd prefer that no children die as a result of his wrongness and stupidity - or as our late unlamented colleague Leumas might have said if he'd waited for an ideal opportunity, arrant wrongness and stupidity. But if they must, let them be his not ours. If tears are shed, let them be his, not ours. I will be sorry for the death of any child, but if any heart deserves breaking it's his.
