Nope, please nope. Also, I know of no reason to think he'd perform well in competitive debates. He's an empty hypocritical suit at best. I lived in San Francisco when he was mayor and have known of him for years. He'll lose no matter who the GOP runs. All the GOP has to do is point to CA with a clip of him explaining his early dinner at the French Laundry with lobbyists right after he'd put CA in lockdown. Or the clip of him explaining that as governor he wasn't worried about folks leaving the state because, "Where are you going to go?" followed by an anecdote about some of his friends that had recently moved to Utah. Or the clip of him nearly singlehandly getting a gay marriage ban passed in CA by telling the opponents, "It's going to happen, whether you like it or not.!" I'd be surprised if any Dem from CA gets elected to the presidency in my lifetime. The have it too easy in CA so just don't have the ability to run a competitive campaign.
