What, a country where the economy is so bad the per-capita GDP is below that of even the worst NATO member?

A country where the military is so bad/inept, that their one aircraft carrier needs to be accompanied by a tug-boat in case it needs to be towed back to port?

The metric of quality is how many plutocrats there are, and are they willing to do deals with the American plutocrats. Since the answer is "plenty" and "yes" that makes Russia a natural ally of the new America.
 
I reckon Junior is definitely the sort of person who thinks he's winning if you can't prove that he wasn't just joking about sending weapons to a country that's invaded a neighbour, annexed its territory illegally, razed its towns and cities, raped and murdered its civilian population and kidnapped its children.

That's what a "true man" is to the Trumps. A man that has no issues doing those things because that shows he's powerful. They don't want to be like those pussy Dems and actually care about others.

Just try spending a €200 or €500 note in most countries in the Eurozone. Those bills are reserved for used car dealers and purveyors of quality drugs. By the way, in Spain it is illegal to make a purchase of products or services over €1000 in cash.

Well it depends on your metrics. I mean yes, callous and criminal and corrupt and utterly untrustworthy, but if you measure an ally's value in numbers of superyachts Russia looks pretty impressive.
 
He says he can't imagine anyone picking Ukraine as an ally when Russia is the other option. All Ukraine has is Chernobyl and some radiation proof dogs.

it can't be verified where it came from.

So it's of dubious provenance, although it might be from a different recording.
