If you mean the fines, etc., then yes. I have no objection to the porn industry either, but have no problem with fines for selling to minors.

Anything where the goal is murder or violence. I had no concerns when Atari was state of the art. But the games are so graphic now, parents should have recourse to keep them out of their kids' hands if they so choose (if it makes you feel any better, I have always been pretty lenient when it came to video games and my own kids).

As long as it's consenting adults, nothing. But, again, parents should be able to keep it away from their kids if they so choose.

Regarding why? There is a subset of the religious right who will not vote for a women (no, not even Condi), because they believe the Bible says no women should have authority over a man. I know that for a fact. I attended different churches who believe that. Not only was a women minister not possible. They wouldn't even allow women to teach adult Sunday school classes. And yes, there is subset of men who wouldn't vote for a women (just cause they're a' holes, not because of religious reasons. That group may be offset by women who may vote for her simply because she is a women (just a hunch).

A Hillary run would mobilize the Republican base (read bright red states), like no other Democratic candidate would. If this happens, I predict a record Republican turn out and a Reagan/Carter like outcome.

Where does he play those game? Odds are he plays them in your house.

One look at the existing, volantary, industry rating system on the video game and you would know if you should be concerned with what he is playing. If that is not enough you may check the game out yourself.

I do not thing she would win and I seriously doubt she would even get nominated. However, she is smart, independent, and capable, and a good politician (pardon the oxymoron).

The definition of insanity is "doing the same thing and expecting different results." Hillary would be something different.

Oddly enough I agree. I think she has a lot of time to make her play for the political center; the real test will be if the Dems buy it and nominate her. She'll get 100% of the "not Bush" vote. Also if the Repubs keep coming off like incompetent, secretive, immoral louts as they seem to have since Katrina she might have a lot easier time of it.

You also might want to consider the fact that there will be a great deal of voters on both sides that would feel a sense of history (or "herstory" perhaps?) in Hillary's nomination. Some folks are going to want to be able to say that they voted for America's first female POTUS.
