The Tim Walz campaign, and the ******** attacks upon him.

I'm not voting for Trump, I'm voting for Harris. And it is not a minor technicality when someone lies about how a personal experience resulted in their stance on a political issue.

Yes. You've told us about your plans to vote for Harris. I don't expect you to like it but you are so bitter about you try to fling the most pathetic boogers at the Harris campaign to feel better about yourself.

"He didn't use IVF!!!!!!" stop. police. murder.

Calling the IVF thing a lie is, well, silly. Colloquially what they did is IVF, sure technically it's not but whatever. Its not even spin, at worst, he misspoke but more accurately it's just using the phrase folks understand instead of the more specific term that most folks don't know.

Ah I found some articles about why the difference between IUI and IVF is important to some MAGA folk. IVF produces multiple fertilised eggs of which only a few are implanted. This results in fertilised eggs being discarded. And to some MAGA and Christian nut jobs those single cells are people with more rights than many actual people. It’s madness but at least it’s consistent madness.

Giving them too much credit if you ask me.

"I'm not a Trumper, I just literally spend every waking second attacking everyone else over the stupidest of **** all using nothing but Trump talking points and never acknowledging anything Trump does is ever wrong" is reaching peak levels. The seals won't hold much longer we're gonna have a breach.

In politics there's no functional difference between a supporter and someone who runs constant interference for you in all discourse all the time and does nothing else.

I'm not a Trump supporter; I'm just a concerned citizen who is passionate about correct terminology in reproductive health care, and will be for at least two-and-half more months.

People often like to keep the indignities of a medical condition or procedure private. It's standard medical practice, for obvious reasons.

Oh yeah. A lot of them seem more like movie high school kids trying to score points than anything serious. It seems rather juvenile.

Meh, that's not even necessary in this case. It is clearly just that IVF is a far more common inititalism than IUF. If they were trying to keep it private, they'd not even talk about it or just say fertility treatments.

This is one of the more silly accusations in politics in a while. Sillier even than the what rank he was at retirement nonsense, or he retired early after only a scant 24 years.

On the other hand its also pretty standard in politics to exaggerate every possible "controversy" of the opposition, it's all silly but it's also not unusual. The sperm cup thing is unusual and definitely plays into the weird thing. I also think that if the normies hear about it will work against Trump so, keep at it boys!

Knew I shoulda used those emojis and that /s tag.

I should be paying more attention, sorry. The Utah legislature is right this minute debating a hurried amendment to our constitution that will override our supreme court's slapdown of their latest power grab. I'm floundering in a sea of legislative stupidity in the overflow to the overflow to the overflow hearing room.

Poe's law strikes again.

Yikes! Stay safe, and good luck.

No, it's not. IVF is fertilizing an egg in a laboratory dish. IUI (intra-uterine insemination is fertilizing an egg inside the woman's uterus. The key difference here is that even the fiercest pro-life people see nothing wrong with IUI. (Catholic priests may not be as sanguine).

But I get it; he's a Democrat and therefore his lies are forgiven because they are in service to a worthy cause.
