Tice condemned the violence on Twitter this morning (@mrhenrymorris, formerly the Secret Tory, tagged them into a post so I didn't have to do any leg work). On Facebook, 30p condemned the violence, but was understanding about the anger. I can't find any statements by Farage.

I understand peoples anger and I am angry too. I cannot imagine the pain the victims families are going through but our Police should not be attacked.
Our Police have to put up with all sorts of abuse and even crappie from their own bosses. Please give them some slack.

To be clear, I despise the lot of them, but at least Tice has been unequivocal in his condemnation.

Southport has suffered enough without Farage’s conspiracy-laden ego trip

Late on Tuesday afternoon, the home secretary gave a statement to the Commons on the Southport murders. Here was Nige’s chance to put any questions he might have had about the tragedy directly to Cooper. Except he was nowhere to be seen. For someone who has been so desperate, for so long, to become an MP – he was successful at his eighth attempt – he spends little time in Westminster. It’s not nearly a big enough stage for him.

Oh dear. Wait till he finds out the ethnicity of Thomas Hamilton (Dunblane), Allan Grimson (North Shields) or Jake Davison (Plymouth). He'll go absolutely bananas when he finds out where Fred and Rose, Ian and Myra and Lucy Letby come from. Brit patriots just don't do that kind of thing.
