If not, he would not he hinting it or foreshadowing it now. He's running until he's not.

If he's planning to drop out of the race it needs to be early next week. To give the party a chance to decide how to proceed (with an early vote as planned or a convention vote which risks ballot access).

In my opinion he should not only drop out of the race, but resign the Presidency allowing Harris to run as an incumbent.

She would dominate the news for the next six weeks with her swearing in; inauguration ceremony; Democratic Convention nomination; VP/Running mate pick; state of the union address to both houses (customary for new Presidents).

People may not know her very well now but she'll be like everyone's big sister by September.

The same thought came to my mind. After all, he thinks saying he never changed a diaper or took his kids for walk is something to brag about. What a man!
 
For the record, I just had a short nap, and had a dream about the election day. Biden won over Trump 3:1. I was personally overseeing the count, it happened on a roof, there were 3 boxes of votes for Biden, and only one box for Trump.
So ease your worries.

Ohio mayor of town with burning derailed train now speaking. It was Biden's fault. For not stopping Trump's deregulators. Plus he just sent a gay man to sort it out!

Conclusion: President Biden will derail our entire nation.
 
Maria Bartiromo on Fox News just now gave Donald Trump credit for the stock market hitting record highs under President Biden. remarkably unserious stuff.

Kimberly Guilfoyle, Gavin Newscum's ex-wife and currently Don Jr's main squeeze. Yea, she's not a great speaker but an "A" for effort. Speaking to a camera is not the same as speaking to a crowd where you can see everyone's reaction in real time.

I think you'd need a drinking game to watch every RNC speech. I don't listen to every speech, just key speakers. I will say the lady that spoke about her son's death from fentanyl overdose was striking, especially if one could relate to a similar loss. (Can't recall her name off the top of my head but she did very well.)
