Just do your research before spouting off so confidently next time and I'm sure the primary evidence of Samsons mental health will show up on this thread at some point so we can ask him together if you think it's that important

No no, you made a claim you should back it up.

You claim he 'always' claims it in response to being backed into a corner. So provide your evidence for that. He'll, I'm only asking for you to provide one example, not the multiple your claim involves. So why don't you? I mean, you wouldn't want to have made such an error without doing research surely?

Not really, my point still stands.

But sure, content yourself with whatever you think is happening.

ETA: Where did samson say he's mentally disabled?

I believe it was in the Musk buys Twitter thread, he stated he has a disease, OCD, he has not as far as I am aware ever said he is mentally disabled.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, an eminently treatable MH problem, not what would usually be called a mental disability...

And still wouldn't explain the use of demonstrably incorrect statements nor relying on the likes of Katie Hopkins as sources (Hopkins? Really? FFS!). Nor repeated ignoring of pertinent questions.

I'm a lifelong depressive, regularly under going treatment for it, but I won't cite that influencing anything I post here or elsewhere.

Of course you are at work.
And you are not fearful of anyone. You are a man. You are a western man. Even if a Muslim you will not be fearful but your name gainsays that notion.
However.
We are in a world where women are being screwed right good and proper everywhere. In Afghanistan.
Would you choose to be born a woman in Afghanistan right now?
Would you join a lesbian dating app in your country?

You are so lucky.

How about being gay in that very Christian country, Uganda, where an attempt to over-turn very anti-gay legislation has just failed?

By your definition all Christians are the same as those ones in Uganda...

The representatives of the people seldom get traction when the plebiscite has their say.
That is in New Zealand, I think maybe Boris Johnson made the cut, a kind of curious study.

As did Theresa May (just, admittedly) and John Major before that, the new leader of Welsh Labour & the Welsh Assembly looks pretty safe come the General election too. Gordon Brown is the only recent example in the UK I can think of who was rejected by the public after a change in leadership, of course Rishi Sunak or whoever decides to wrest the poison chalice from him & chug will be tilting the scales back a bit the other way soon.

Oh, and 'polis' is still singular

Uh huh, and you are an expert I take it?

I contrasted him as being better, although he's obviously not great he's not Al-Assad.

Care to deal with the actual point though? That samson thinks all Muslims are islamists? Do you agree with him?

I might be mistaken but If I remember Samson is French. Sad to say, that is a common belief among too many Frenchmen.
They have a number of charming terms for Muslims like "Melon" (no smarter then a melon: and "Sale Raton". Dates back to the Algerian War.

Uganda seems to have gone from Muslim Fundies being in control under the late unlamented Idi Amin to a Christian Fundies being in control.
New boss, same as old boss.

He's a kiwi.

When the primary evidence turns up I'll ask him this important question on UK politics

Hi Samson,

Here's a quick tip.

Don't stick 'big words' into your posts, and if you're copying info from other sources, take out words that you don't understand.

Oh yeah, and when people point out that you're using a term incorrectly, don't double-down on wrong.

I've been trying to work out if you mean:
publicus (the people) or
plebeius (the common people)

Far better to just say what you mean rather than try to embiggen an argument with Latin.

(and yes, the last line is poking fun at people who say: 'embiggen' when they mean 'improve', like those who say 'utilise' instead of 'use'.)

At least embiggen is usually used to make a humorous point.

Meanwhile Rishi Sunak is once again floating the idea that the UK should leave the ECHR and in the process becomes in international pariah.

Presumably because the ECHR might stop the UK breaking international law.

It is possible then that the UK may just be the front runner. The far right is poised to take over several countries in Europe, and they are all demanding that the the human rights should be abandoned because it makes it difficult for them to implement an inhumane policy.

It's about the only red meat that they have left to enrage the masses with. I suspect it will be first and foremost in their manifesto. There are no sensible Tories left that can influence the party, the lunatics are in total control.

And sadly it's an area where the least informed hold the some of the most passionate opinions.

Yep. Long story short, adult child of friends is a drug user, kids taken off them a few times, all sorts of drama. At one time my friends had to go to court to gain some access as grandparents. Which is only a legal right thanks to the convention. They still complain about the convention and court saying people can't be sent to prison because they have a cat whenever the DM decides to lie to them. Rather frustrating.
