I seem to recall a judge once noting that nobody was ever raped by a book, but that was long ago when life was simple. Nowadays judges will have to think long and hard to determine whether anyone was ever shot by a pronoun.

I've had a quick look around and the answer seems to be "It depends on where the event took place."

There are various definitions around, and anything that looks like an AR-15 is likely to be classified as an 'assault weapon' in places that have a classification of 'assault weapon'.
 
Well when you thought things couldn't actually be worse it turns out they are:

It's a toss up which I find more unpleasant, that this weapon will end up as a 'murder souvenir' or that it might be used to commit another crime by a totally legal gunowner.
 
I think that the "another crime" option is worse in real terms, but the "murder souvenir" option is more skincrawling.

Alabama shooting: Four dead at 16th birthday party

At least four people have been killed in a mass shooting in the US state of Alabama on Saturday.

Several people were injured following the incident at a 16th birthday party in the city of Dadeville, local media is reporting.

The shooting happened at the Mahogany Masterpiece Dance Studio at around 22:30 (03:30 GMT) on Saturday.

"This morning, I grieve with the people of Dadeville and my fellow Alabamians," state governor Kay Ivey said.

But she doesn't care enough about the victims to do anything to control guns, and the child sacrifices to the Second Amendment god will continue. Also, if the victims were Black (which we don't know yet), I don't really believe she or other Republiscum give a **** about them.
 
Pizza delivery to the wrong house merits a mass shooting:

Pizza delivered to wrong Detroit house leads to shootout that injured 5, including 2 teens

DETROIT (FOX 2) - A pizza delivered to the wrong Detroit house led to a shootout Thursday night.

Sources say a pizza was ordered to a home on Penrod near Schoolcraft and the Southfield Freeway. However, that pizza was delivered to the wrong house, and the people who got the errant delivery ate the food.

When the people who ordered the pizza confronted the neighbors who ate the pizza, yelling turned to gunfire.

As many as 30 rounds were fired during the fight, and five people, including two 14-year-old boys, were shot.

Look, its clear the focus needs to be on stopping the evils of transsexualism, drag queens, sexual education and abortion.
It's the only way to protect the US children

Quit trying to make shootings about guns.

Of course the shooter/s is black. If there were even the tiniest hint of the shooter not being black, CNN, MSNBC CBS, ABC, NBC, Reuters, AP etc. would all have satellite trucks on the scene and broadcasting about how bigoted, racist and terrible America is. But since it wasn't a white shooter, this will go largely dismissed because… reasons. There is an opportunity to blame the Second Amendment, so that will get a little play.

On to the next large mass shooting that will go largely ignored.

The reason why some mass shootings get more attention is simply because mass shootings in the USA have become the norm. As I've described it before mass shootings are the "dog bites man" story, so it takes something more unusual a "man bites dog" story to get much attention. To use a dog example - over here in the UK we will have a few people killed every year by dogs and those stories will get some publicity, usually local and a small amount of national coverage especially if there was something more unusual about it. However change the victim to a baby, toddler or youngster and you'll get widespread national coverage.

That you live in a country where it takes the deaths of multiple children in a school for a story to rise above the background of general mass killings only proves what a terrible state your country is in with regards to mass shootings.
 
"Ah there's a non-white shooter" is not the Gotcha that traps liberals in a paradox of hypocrisy that the person who we're supposed to take seriously with that avatar thinks it is.

I always thought it was because the US media only portrays things as tragic if they happen to white people.

Hilarious! The media cannot stop themselves from portraying POC as victims even when they are not, just see my avatar for two wonderful examples. The media went on and on and on about those two ass clowns for weeks. And they were victims of nothing more than their own narcissism.



GVA now has the Alabama mass shooting victim count up to 4 killed, 32 wounded. Imagine the utter **** show the current regime and media would make of this mass shooting if the shooter were white. Imagine the response on this board if it were a white shooter, we all know damn good and well there would've been more than two posts about it.
