The sun doesn’t have a predefined charge the leaks away over time. It’s dynamic, it’s part of a curcuit.

To what extent...?

It cannot possibly be part of a circuit. How is it connecting to anything outside of the heliosphere? It is throwing off a solar wind, at ~ 400 km/s. That wind carries the solar magnetic field all the way to the heliopause, where it will pile-up against the ISM field. Nothing is getting in past that field, unless it has relativistic energy. Cosmic rays, in other words. ~ 99% of them are ions. If I had to guess how many actually reach the solar surface, I would hazard that it is as close to zero as makes no difference.

The Sun MAINTAINS a slight positive charge space compared to the surrounding plasma.

How would it do that? And what would prevent it from therefore attracting electrons from the surrounding plasma until that non-existent charge was neutralised?

We don't have to guess. The flux density of cosmic rays hitting the sun is going to be similar to the flux density of cosmic rays on earth. And on earth, that flux isn't even enough to see against the night sky (the aurora isn't cosmic rays). It sure as hell can't turn the sun white hot.

So that one got busted right away. Any other ideas how energy gets into your dynamic system, now that you tell us that it isn’t there from the start?

No, he has no ideas. He just makes crap up on the fly. Nothing to see here, folks ...

Electric fields n electric currents.

How else.

That’s the one. Big electric light bulb, an arc lamp.

So where's the power source? Why is it invisible? Why hasn't it already discharged?

None of this makes any sense. None of it is even remotely possible. And none of it is new, we've debunked it over and over again already.

I asked where the energy comes from. Are you claiming that the Sun is being supplied with energy from outside to be able to reach 6000˚ C on the Surface? Why is isn’t the Earth roasted by the same electric fields and currents?

All that water in the Earth's oceans has a nice cooling effect.

(Well it makes as much sense as anything the electric universe proponents are posting here)

NASA's Webb Space Telescope unveils young stars in early stages of formation

Scientists taking a "deep dive" into one of Webb's iconic first images have discovered dozens of energetic jets and outflows from young stars previously hidden by dust clouds. The discovery marks the beginning of a new era of investigating how stars like our Sun form, and how the radiation from nearby massive stars might affect the development of planets.

your (mainstreams) problem is here...

As young stars gather material from the gas and dust that surround them, most also eject a fraction of that material back out again from their polar regions in jets and outflows. These jets then act like a snowplow, bulldozing into the surrounding environment

All you have is gravity (and MHD)! Good luck.

Buckle up buttercup!

:scarper:

"Jets like these are signposts for the most exciting part of the star formation process. We only see them during a brief window of time when the protostar is actively accreting," explained co-author Nathan Smith of the University of Arizona in Tucson.

We also identify several Herbig–Haro (HH) objects in Paα images from JWST; most are confirmed as jets based on their proper motions measured in a comparison with previous Hubble Space Telescope (HST) Hα images. This confirmed all previous HST-identified HH jets and candidate jets, and revealed seven new HH objects.

Deep diving off the ‘Cosmic Cliffs’: previously hidden outflows in NGC*3324 revealed by JWST

Herbig–Haro (HH)???

The mechanism for producing these collimated bipolar jets is not entirely understood, but it is believed that interaction between the accretion disk and the stellar magnetic field accelerates some of the accreting material from within a few astronomical units of the star away from the disk plane

not entirely understood?? Best you do, it's important!

Good luck!

You seem to have forgotten the strong nuclear force.

Stronger than gravity, within range. Should we do the weak nuclear force as well for completeness?

Do you think the strong and weak nuclear forces are in play and have some significance compared to the electric fields, within cosmic plasmas?

Or even the accretion disk (gravity) and magnetic fields (electric currents(charged particles on the move)?

Mainstream is still a little unsure on how plasma, using MHD, behaves.

Not sure if you can see the problem here? tusenfem likes to keep his ions going round in round, outside his electrons.

Seems he was wrong as well. Seems they form “tubes” of both. Like an electric current.

You mob need to work on your electrons doing stuff, not just a neutralising fluid.

Leads to believe in things like the Big Bang, internal fusion in the stars, tangled magnetic field lines, snapping and breaking accelerating particles, black holes, infinite density, planets doing handbrake turns, unicorns and Father Christmas.

All because your math does NOT allow charge seperation, yet we observe it everywhere.

Pretty sure nowadays “something magentic fields” just don’t cut it.

We know plasma now. We know electric fields play a role in a variety of astrophysical phenomena. We know electric current would prefer to be force free. We know they extend over cosmic distances.

We now think they (electric currents) play a role in star formation, galaxy formation and I’d throw a couple bob each way on the Universe

As in like the ELECTRIC UNIVERSE.

This is not even wrong.
It is clear from reading this that Sol88 has understood about zero of what have been explained.

We were talking about stars specifically, and what powers them. I know you have a short attention span, but really, try harder to keep on track.

Stars are powered by fusion, not electricity. Electricity doesn't have enough energy to power stars. This was obvious even before the discovery of fusion.

All because your math does NOT allow charge seperation, yet we observe it everywhere.

How would you know what math can or cannot do? You can't do any math. Not even the simple stuff.

And you're wrong. Math can and does accommodate charge separation.

We know plasma now.

What you mean "we", white man?

YOU don't know much of anything about plasmas. You have learned a few buzzwords, but you don't understand any of them.
