Merged Bobby Menard has "something" coming! / Menard's Newest Scam...

Bobby's New PR?

Has Bobby set a new personal record for running through a subculture.

Twenty years ago he started out telling the fathers rights movement that he had broken the code of law regarding child custody.

It didn't take long before the dads who wanted to be in her non-custodial children's lives figured out Bobby was blowing smoke. After all he couldn't do squat about losing custody of little Elizabeth Anne and there wasn't a single case of Bobby's BS coming though for a father engaged in custody battle.

But, then, Bobby struck pay dirt when he co-oped the detax movement and created freemanism. It took a few years before the subculture caught on to the reality that Bobby was talking jive while others, like Dean Clifford, did all the heavy lifting. Bobby's star started to wain.

It was about this time his problems with drugs and alcohol became painfully apparent.

Next Bobby went into his entrepreneurial period during which he tried to sell, among other things, the ninja goat, grow houses, wooden bath mats and finally the Robo-Breath ventilator which was pitched as a budget ventilator for use with Covid-19 patients. Bobby's MO was to set up "projects" in successive industries each of which had no fore-knowledge of his history of grifting. Eventually everyone caught on.

All during this time Bobby would encounter freeman wannabes who had stumbled upon his old freeman Youtubes and were impressed. It usually never took long before these newbies caught on that Bobby was all sizzle and no steak.

Bobby drifted for a while and made a disastrous attempt at a comeback which ended in a painful to watch drunken Youtube interview with Beth Martens.

Then Bobby found the anti-vax/anti mask movement populated by people who had never heard his shtick. At first, to more ornery anti-vaxers, it must have seemed too good to be true that just a few magic Bobby words could make the government heel.

Could it be that after a few weeks of big talk and no results ending in an attempted grift of Ottawa trucker supporters Bobby has run through another subculture?

Is Bobby caught in a fraud?

. . .When Bobby tried to re-start the ACCP in 2015 he got a private Facebook group going to sell the scam.

The content of the group got leaked, which po'ed Bobby to no end. One of the topics of discussion was convincing spouses that the plan would work. . .

. . .I might have been the source of that leak too from a burner FB account. :) That's right Bobby, it might have been me spreading your BS around. It's so much fun trolling those losers.

It took some digging but I was able to find the pilfered script of Bobby's private Face Book group.*

The old Tender for Law FB page posted the script of an organizational meeting held on Bobby's private ACCP page:

http://www.mediafire.com/file/hddnm6x2ytdxhdc/Menard_-_Consumer-Purchases_log.pdf/file

Wilfred Léger, Bobby's money launder on several projects, is listed as the chief operations officer. In the pdf you can see Léger's email and street address as well as his pay pal account where more than a few dupes in the group said they had already sent their membership money.

This means there is a money trail back to Léger, and Menard. I am not sure if Léger associates with Bobby anymore or even if he's still live. But it a sure looks like he got some funds sent to him for ACCP memberships.

Stan Bylsma is listed as the "chief administration officer".

Interestingly Danielle Height, an actor who recently collaborated with Bobby on one of his fantasy projects is listed as "interim secretary/clerk". So she is no stranger to Bobby's pretend projects.

Adrien Nicholson, one of the people who joined Menard for his eat and cheat at the Cactus Club in Vancouver years ago was rewarded with a seat on the ACCP board of directors.

Here's an interesting passage during which a couple of the marks talk about the objections their spouses have to joining the ACCP:

Belinda Lydia Saulnier I sent for membership with the same thoughts as you Brian. My hubby almost tore me a new ******* from the look he gave me but if not for Rob there would be so many things I don't know. I got student loans and tax to leave me alone. . .

Brian Titus My wife said she would leave me, so I just didn't tell her, lol (this group is private, right? LMAO)

Belinda Lydia Saulnier Over 200$ ouch....bye bye! Lol I pinch pennies and shut lights off. He buys motorcycles eats out and 7$ beers. I finally grew some balls. He boots me and I'll just live in my van by some river.

Since the failure of this iteration of the ACCP Bobby has blamed its failure on circumstances, the caprice of the powers that be and his inability to administrate the plan.

But if you read the group's posts you can see several places were Bobby promised to have in place and be doing things we all know dang well he hadn't done and had no intention of doing.

He said he had a down payment down on a house that would serve as the administrative head quarters of the ACCP and that Léger had a working office there. Several times during the group meetings Menard claimed to be working with the The Bank of Canadian on getting the ACCP process accepted and said he was developing a debit card members could use.

I believe Bobby never did anything to get any of these tasks done and his knowingly false promises amount to fraud!

Well that read indicates a typical Bobby scam. As if the BOC will ever allow them to create their own money.:D

Excuses will begin shortly followed by collapse, everyone loses their investment and Bobby claims the man thwarted them. No accounting of anything and then banning for those who question his (lack of) integrity.

Exactly.

it's worth noting that everybody who sent Bobby money (or said they did) was a confirmed minion who Bobby knew full well was not going cry foul when the ACCP went south. Likewise, anybody who suggested they might get in trouble for using the ACCP or that the plan might not work was derided by Bobby for not be willing to "follow the path".

Bobby's had troubles in the past with investigators posing as anonymous freeman wannabe's so my guess is that anyone in the group who expressed the slightest skepticism got pushed aside, regarded as a person who might later cause trouble.

All this leads me to the supposition that Bobby uses his confirmed acolytes as a sort of well he goes to when he needs Moose Head money and affirmation. It's not a coincidence that this rendition of the ACCP was posed about the time Bobby was dealing with his soul shattering, pocket draining, arrest for impersonating a cop.

The idea that a prosed project seems generally absurd isn't considered at all when floated by Bobby. All that counts is that few true believers are willing to hit the like button and send a few bucks his way.

Bobby's Puppy Killing Client's Get Their Day In Court!

Bobby's puppy killing clients are coming to trial this coming week. Let's see if Bobby's magic works this time

Bobby's latest celebrity client is going to court in April:

Bathurst Court: April 5-8, 2022 - Trials (multiple charges of Unsanitary Conditions, Fail to Provide Water & Care) - Lisa CHAMBERLAIN and David CHIASSON*

According to Bobby one of his magic letters was supposed to do the trick. What happened?

A question to lurking Bobby:

Bobby, why is it all the cases you have worked on that we can find documentation of turn out to be massive fails, yet every case you say you won has no documentation?

Does the freeman maxim. . .

. . ."Do no harm", apply to animals?

As we see from the New Brunswick SPCA Animal Protection Facebook page Lisa Chamberlain, Bobby Menard's client, is also going to court in November for operating her puppy mill without a license.

COURT UPDATE - February 10, 2022
Upcoming court dates:
- Miramichi Court: March 14, 2022 – Trial (Unsanitary Conditions, Fail to Provide Medical Care) – Kevin LOCKWOOD
- Bathurst Court: March 21, 2022 – Set new trial date (Fail to Provide Food) - Tommy PINET
- Bathurst Court: April 5-8, 2022 - Trials (multiple charges of Unsanitary Conditions, Fail to Provide Water & Care) - Lisa CHAMBERLAIN and David CHIASSON- Woodstock Court: April 29, 2022 – Trial for April 29, 2022 (Fail to Provide Medical Care) - Bruce MURRAY, Samantha SCOTT, and Steven WRIGHT.
- Miramichi Court: June 6-7, 2022 – Trial (Fail to Provide Care) – Eric COUTURE
- Saint John Court: July 4, 2022 – Trial; Warrant of Arrest issued for witness (Cause Pain/Suffering/Injury to Animal) - Jordan CAYOUETTE
- Moncton Court: Nov. 3, 2022 – Trial (Operating Pet Establishment Without a Valid License) - Lisa CHAMBERLAINConvictions/Dispositions:
- Moncton Court: October 25, 2021 - Failed to appear for sentencing (Fail to Provide Food, Water, Shelter & Care, Fail to Attend Court x 2, Fail to Comply with Undertaking) – Andrew DEMERCHANT
- Bathurst Court: January 10, 2022 - Warrant of Arrest issued (Fail to Provide Food, Water & Medical care) – Melissa DUGUAY-LAGACE
UPDATE: Scheduled to appear in court February 14, 2022
- Fredericton Court: February 2, 2022 – Changed plea to guilty (Fail to Destroy Animal in Humane Manner) - Fined $500, Prohibition Order for 3 years. – Jerry TUPPER

One still has to ask why, rather than tell Chamberlain she wasn't subject to the rule of law, Menard didn't advise her to clean up her operation and provide proper food and water to the animals.

Should Bobby Turn in his Badge?

Peace officers, unlike the general public, have a duty to prevent or halt the commission of offenses or crimes.

Peace officers have a responsibility to, when appropriate, apprehend or restrain offenders when it is in their power to do so whether alone or with available assistance.

This responsibility becomes relevant to Robert Menard, who claims to be a peace officer, when we realize that is highly likely he was in close personal contact with Lisa Chamberlain and David Chiasson while they were alleged to have neglected the animals in their care.

Chamberlain and Chiasson are confirmed freemen and have frequently bragged of their long association with Menard.

Menard is known to be a frequent visitor to Bathurst and it is likely he was in personal contact with Chamberlain and Chiasson during his visits.

Is it possible that Bobby knew full well of the wretched conditions suffered by the animals in Chamberlain and Chiasson care. . .and yet chose to do nothing?

Has Bobby violated his oath?

"I, freeman-on-the-land, Robert Arthur of the Menard family . . .do hereby make oath and solemnly swear to persevere and maintain the public peace to the best of my ability and without favor or discrimination enforce the criminal code of Canada."

Should Bobby turn in his badge?

Another Bobby failure rolls out in painful detail

Bobby loves to claim that his freeman magic will get any charge dismissed.

But the fact is Lisa Chamberlain and David Chiasson are back in court today facing the judge over charges of breeding dogs without a license, providing unsanitary conditions and failing ail to provide the dogs with water.

https://www.gnb.ca/cour/WebDockets/rptWebDockets_Bathurst_Prov_E.pdf

One suspects these Bobby minions have tired every trick in Menard's playbook and are beginning to realize that the only thing Bobby's ever done that works is to flee the jurisdiction of the courts

Bobby & Bitcoin?

In the comments section of a recent Beth Martens interview with Amandha Vollmer and Dean Clifford* one of the commenters, bushygirl, makes a comment implying that Dean and Menard did some shady dealing on some bitcoin trades.

bushygirl 10 days ago (edited)
Whatever you do don't ask Dean or Rob M about promises or agreements they have made and gone back on, or about Bitcoin. It's not their strong suit, they might even get defensive about it (a good indication of who's right) It happens when your trusted and then violate that trust and then lie about people.

Those of you who follow Bobby might recall that a few years ago he seemed to be dabbling in bitcoin trading. But like so many of his ventures nothing seemed to come of it.

Is it possible that Bobby worked up a phony investment scheme and scammed a few gullibles?

I am trying to get in touch with bushygirl.

Anyone know anything about this?

Looks like your last remaining forum is getting tired of your baseless and unsupported defamation against Menard.
Do you realize how pathetic you are?

Unlike you, Bobby, I don't live for the approval of others.

And while you are at, Bobby, get an adult to read things to you. I didn't make this accusation that you and Dean had gone back on agreements.

Bushygirl did! And it seems she a story to tell.

Bobby, if you had a few ventures you were honest about, these questions about your dealings wouldn't get traction.

One might wonder how it is you think you can get over on everyone all the time. Simple. It's consistent with your little narcissistic personality disorder.

That's why they call it a disorder.

Bobby won't talk about his bitcoin dealings.

Every time there are questions about his projects. . .ACCP, the C3PO, Artist Valley and the rest. . .Bobby tries to pull a sleight of hand by hurling insults and claiming he's not required to answer questions.

The Pump and Dump?

Pump-and-dump scams are common in the world of bitcoin.

In the scheme, holders of a low-value bitcoin assets act like influencers and encourage the gullible to buy a bitcoin asset, thus increasing its price. When the price reaches a certain point, the people running the scheme sell and take their profits before the price drops, with later investors left holding nearly worthless bitcoins.

Sound familiar?

Unlike other bitcoin schemes the pump and dump does not require the scammer to be an expert hacker. . .all the scammer needs is a gullible group of followers who will belief in the get rich scheme work.

Sound familiar?

All the scammer need do is to rally a group of a subculture's members to buy the bitcoin asset. This triggers algorithms thus encouraging trigger bots, to buy also.

The scam works such that whoever buys last and doesn’t sell is left holding the bag. This method typically targets smaller, less well-known tokens, whose prices are easier to pump up.

If the victims of the scheme are gullible enough the scammer/influencer can get away with telling them that he also lost his shirt while trading in the bitcoin asset.

Is there any evidence of this claimed $100 million of discharged student loans?

If there is I have never seen it. I suspect the claim is just another of Menard's phony success stories. My guess is that he sent some sort of magic freeman paperwork into the courts or a government agency and when they didn't respond as he prescribed he claimed victory.

It's worth noting that Bobby has enriched his tale with his usual I-have-a-team ruse:

I am restarting it with a new team you are far better organized and structured then myself.

The idea behind this artifice is to convince the gullible that his student loan discharge program is so brilliant and practical that a group of highly intelligent people leapt at the chance to join the effort.

After a bit-o-Googling I found that, contrary to what I thought, it is possible in Canada to get out of paying back your student loan. Declaring bankruptcy won't do it. However, you'll have to pay me before I tell you how.

Bobby always leaves a few clues that give away his schemes.

In this case one being that his pitch is not chuck full of endorsements by satisfied customers. You'd think he'd have a boat load of folks eager to tell the world what a wonderful thing the scheme-of-the-day is.

Also he never explains how the freeman magic works. Like the old cartoon in which a scientist working out a mathematical formula and writes "magic happens" in one of the equation's terms, Bobby never quite explains how the thing works.

The scheme's history also doesn't make business sense. One has to wonder why upon having discovered this treasure years ago Bobby didn't set up a business providing the service, which has run constantly since its invention and along the way greatly enriched Bobby.

Bobby recycles a loser scheme?

Years ago Bobby used to tell the gullibles that they could "discharge" their student loans by accessing a bond the government held in their name.

This was his "Security of the Person" theory. He'd say the Canadian government is a corporation holding a bond in the freeman's name and upon submitting some magic freeman paper work the government would be compelled release the bond to freeman wannabes. Sometimes he represented the release of the bond as a huge lump sum payment. Other times he pretended the pay out would come in annual payments of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Gullible freeman wannabes would be told that they could then pay off their mortgages, car loans, credit card debt and student loans.

Bobby would finish the pitch by telling the gullibles about "someone" he knew who had done just that and in the process spectacularly put the government in its place. The gullibles never got a name.

It's possible that Menard has a new pitch. We don't know since he's not being public about how his process works.

My guess is that he's selling his old "security of the person" scam and doesn't want the general public to know that that's the case because the method has a zero-for-life batting average.
