Ramesses II was originally buried in the tomb KV7 in the Valley of the Kings, Egypt.

Other than the obvious lack of historical support for the entire Exodus story, Ramesses II is known to have died at the age of approximately 90 by which time he had severe arthritis and hardening of the arteries. It's simply not credible that he would have been personally leading an expedition to chase down fleeing slaves.
