What did you mean, then, when you wrote “almost 14 billion light-years have passed since then”, or “4 billion light years later”?

YEARS, heydarian, not LIGHT YEARS. These are different things.

If the purpose of including these 'hints' in the Qu'ran was to prompt scientific discovery then almost all the scientific discoveries you are getting so excited about must have been made by those it inspired, or at least by people who have read it. Evidence that is the case, please, heydarian.

Hello. You are right. Unfortunately, we Muslims have not taken any significant action in the field of the teachings of the Qur'an, especially its scientific references, except for a few. And this is not good for us and it is a sign of the lack of work of the Muslims. But scientific references in the Qur'an are for all human beings in every age and in every nationality and country. Its message is universal. The word "O people" which is in many verses of the Qur'an and is repeated contains the same thing. And it does not belong to a specific group.

Hello dear friend and honorable teacher. I was encouraged to look at Surah Al-Ant. Because you have read and said a point about the Valley of the Ants, I think you would like to see other contents of this chapter. So please see:

Yea, so what about the fact the Quran says ants can talk. you have ignored this.

First of all, let me say that this talk is not in the usual sense of the verses of this surah, and I have searched by examining and matching the science of the day with the Qur'an. 30 verses are about the story of Solomon - it tells the story of Moses, Saleh and Lot, and each one says something - Verse 88 speaks clearly about the motion of the earth and its spherical shape and does not just mention it. And says straight. Of course, he says with a very beautiful allegory: Do you think that the mountains are fixed and motionless? No, it is not. Mountains move like a cloud. That is, the earth moves rapidly in its orbit. The motion of the earth means that it is spinning in its orbit like a sphere -

So surah 27 mentions Moses, Saleh and Lot. The Quran mentions many bible characters, mostly without saying much about them. Its called name dropping , to make what you are saying sound more important by association
with famous names.

Verse 88 says nothing about the motion of the earth, nothing about the orbit of the earth, nothing about the earth spinning like a sphere

Here is the verse for all to read. Pickthall translation

27.88 And you see the hills you deem them solid while they are flying in the flight of clouds: the doing of Allah who perfects all things.

The hills do not fly in the clouds, they are surrounded by low flying clouds.
Do you remember in Suleiman's story that I said in verse 44 that he refers to the technology of making Securite and laminated glass? Have this. - In 30 verses, Solomon mentions these issues and encourages us to seek to learn them:

Verse 27.44 says : Lo ! it is a hall made smooth of glass

This says nothing like your claim about securite and laminated glass. These words are not in the Quran.

<snip>"Stephen Hawking" In one of his most recent remarks at the 17th International Conference on General Relativity and Gravity, held in July 2004 in Dublin, the capital of Southern Ireland... <snip>
I can ignore huge amounts of scientifically ignorant religious blather, but there are some things I can never forgive.

heydarian, I have skipped over most of your pasted in posts about science, because you have not tried to link them to the Quran. i do not need science lessons from someone who is trying to claim they somehow support the Quran, unless you link the science to specific Quranic verses.

Okay, I'll make an effort to be positive & find the shiny white teeth of this particular purifying dog carcass.. Your screed is complete & utter, unmitigated baloney, but I have to concede that there certainly is a lot of it.
Hi. Thank you for your positive thinking. Take care of yourself because the teeth are sharp and strong. Thanks and hope to see you.

... Continue the article:
Pay attention to this verse;
Translation: And do not be in anything, and do not recite from the Qur'an anything from Him, and do not do anything unless we see you and we are witnesses, when you do this. And the weight of a particle is not hidden from your Lord, neither on earth nor in the heavens, nor is it anything smaller or greater than that, unless it is recorded in a clear book. "(Surah Yunus, verse 61)
It is commonly said that quantum physics works on light and particles smaller than a molecule. Some researchers believe that since macroscopic objects can follow quantum laws if they are not entangled, there must be a point of separation where classical physics ends, such as the point where the weak gravitational pull of other forces breaks down.
Certainly, inhibited groups of atoms and photons that follow quantum laws hold great technological promise , A new task in this field was to cool the atoms to near absolute zero, which created new forms of matter called the Bose-Einstein condensate and the Fermion condensate. These are used to produce laser beams made of atoms that cut precise patterns on cutting surfaces and may one day lead to superconductors operating at room temperature.
Consciousness is the true interpretation and image of reality that occurs in the soul. Man and other creatures in the perishable world (MATRIX) have body, soul and spirit. The soul of the processor is free to choose perceptions and inspirations.
Eyes, lips, hands, feet, poplar heart, walnut kernel, spinal cord, brain, cerebellum, lungs, kidneys, liver, stomach, skeleton, skin, hair, nails, circulatory system and thousands of devices and billions of cells, tools and nests They are physical in order to travel the consciousness of the soul in this virtual reality (world). Why? Because, to understand the purpose of the creation of the universe:
One who created death and life to test which of you (people) do the best (Surah Malik: verse 2),
We tested those before them, so the Creator of the universe warns those who speak the truth and warns the liars. (Surat al-Ankabut. verse 3) This world (the matrix) and its bodies (virtual realities) are among our people. It will
be revealed to those who believe in the truth of the universe and are truthful, and those who do not believe and are liars. (Surah Ale Emran. verse 140) ...

YEARS, heydarian, not LIGHT YEARS. These are different things.

Hi dear friend. The answer to the longevity of the universe, which is almost 14 billion light-years away. And some of the life of the universe until the Big Bang, which is about 4 billion light-years away. It is in the introduced sites. Of course, in the Qur'an, we have calculated the same amount by calculating the speed of light and the days of the creation of the world by God. But I do not need to talk about it in this article.

Hello dear association. I will continue to answer your question yesterday:
The universal phrase "O people" is mentioned 19 times in the Qur'an. And God has addressed the general issues and especially the scientific points mentioned to all human beings. Unfortunately, Muslims have made little progress in scientific progress. Of course, we also have great people like Ibn Sina, whose commemoration day was called Doctor's Day two days ago Has been named. In addition to medicine, he was a genius in astronomy, philosophy and mathematics. And there are his works and books. In Kashan, Ghiasuddin Jamshid Kashani was a genius in the field of mathematics and architecture. In the present era, Ms. Maryam Mirzakhani has been an extraordinary genius. But Muslims have done little in this regard. I am proud that the Qur'an is addressed to all scholars of all nationalities, religions and sects.
And I'm very happy that humans are looking to discover science and technology. If you are a genius, I am proud of you too.
The issue of science is a global one. And there is no specific group in the context. And it benefits all human beings. And it makes me proud.
Thank you very much.

In other words you're admitting that the supposedly inspiring scientific hints in the Qu'ran played no part in the discoveries you're desperately trying to link to them. The people who read the hints were not inspired, and the people who made the discoveries had not read them.

So even if these hints existed - which of course they don't, being figments of your/your sources imaginations - they were a total waste of the Qu'ran author's (God's?) time.

Where is the speed of light in the Koran and also where is the age of the universe?

Three more posts of mine you've completely ignored in order to continue to preach. Answer me please.

Hello dear and noble friend. I did not have the opportunity to reply to your posts due to replying to the posts of my dear friends. Please accept my apologies.
- Your perception of the beginning of the universe with the Big Bang is absolutely correct. And time begins to move.
- I have already said that; The Qur'an is not a scientific encyclopedia that describes all the sciences in detail. I am only referring to some of the sciences (of which I have identified 14 important ones that have been discovered in the 20st and 21st centuries).
- The story of the ant and hearing his words by the Prophet Sulayman is in the Qur'an. And it has hints. And anyone can check. I also told some other points of Suleiman's story. And I did not reject the words of our dear friend.
- Islam and the Qur'an are free from violence and war. There is a lot of discussion about this. And wants an explanation. I will say briefly:
God sent the prophets only for peace and the construction of a good and peaceful life for human beings, and He has given His instructions in the Bible of every religion (Islam). The best expression for this claim, I will introduce you to two verses in the Qur'an: Surah Anfal. Verse 61 and Surah Anbiya. Verse 107. War in Islam and the Qur'an is only to defend the right to human life. Not for aggression and extravagance. It is incumbent upon Muslims and Islamic governments to work for peace and the attraction of human hearts.
The most famous verse of war in the Qur'an in Surah Tawbah. Verse 26. See what he says: In order to protect the right to life of Muslims, if the enemy intends to take their life, war is obligatory on Muslims to defend the right to life.
And this kind of defensive warfare is perfectly compatible with human nature. And it makes sense.
At the end of the verse, he conditioned God's help to; Observance of human principles in Jetg and avoidance of extravagance.
The war in Islam and the Qur'an has never been to force or accept the religion of Islam and the beliefs of Islam and the Qur'an. I have already told you the most important verse in this regard, which is freedom of thought and speech is the basic principle in Islam. (Verse 256. S. Baqarah) means that there is no compulsion in accepting religion.
Most of your questions, dear friend, were due to false teachings that the missionaries had a duty to explain to the people in a good and complete way. And they have left it incomplete. On the other hand, some government policies have been the next factor. There is no problem, dear friend, but look at Islam and the Qur'an impartially and without prejudice. And you do not have to accept it at all. Your opinion is completely respected and protected. The same questions are abundantly seen in our young generation of Muslims.
Thanks for listening. Hope to meet.

No madam. I did not mean and you did not mean that you take it and say it. I respectfully say to you: I say to the Muslims (not only in the present age) but in general, from the beginning until now, they have not paid enough attention to the Qur'anic teachings and have not made much effort and did little. What does this have to do with the author and sender of the Qur'an who is God? God Almighty has said and sent everything that is for progress and the right path for man. Therefore, there is no problem with God. The problem is us Muslims.
Is it your fault if you study poorly at the right university and do not get a good grade? Or did you fail and did not read correctly and did not get a good grade? Please do not confuse topics. The Qur'an and the word of God are complete and correct. The Muslims have fallen short and have not received the necessary attention. It will be an honor if you pay full attention to your lessons and knowledge and it will make you progress. This honor is for you and it comes to you, not to God. Everyone sees the result of their own actions. And God does not need our actions.
Everyone who can benefit from the Qur'an to the best of his ability and follow and teach its teachings will progress and prosper. If he does not do so, there is no problem with the Qur'an and God. Shapes of us humans. Of course, there are many reasons for these problems, and there may have been obstacles in the way of human beings not being able to follow the path of science and progress. Obstacles such as: family - community - government - personal lack of effort, etc. My personal opinion is that if a person loves something, with all the difficulties in his way, he still tries and succeeds. Motivation and grass are important. And the Qur'an motivates and encourages with its words.
Thank you and good luck to you and my dear friends from the bottom of my heart.

Where is the speed of light in the Koran and also where is the age of the universe?

The speed of light is calculated in the Qur'an. And according to the creation of the universe, it has been calculated by God. Now is not the time to raise this issue. Have this until later.

Ibn Sina, in particular, is know for getting his inspiration from the Greek writers. He does not seem to have derived much scientific inspiration from the Quran.
Both he and Al Kashani were persecuted by Muslim theologians during their lives. Indeed, much of the so-called Golden Age of Islam can be described as a conflict between science and religion. The men of unquestioned talent, such as Ibn Sina, were in fact marginalised and viewed with suspicion by their fellow believers. Religion won, and the Muslim world gradually decayed into fossilised conservatism and superstition.
It is also worth noting that all three figures mentioned by heydarian are Shias. The persecution of this version of Islam by the Sunnis is well-known, though heydarian seems strangely reluctant to mention it.
