Well not quite everyone - the current job of Bill Gates, for example, is to give away most of the money he made in his previous job - but yes, most people need to earn a living. Some ways of doing so are just more ethical than others. Developing and manufacturing life saving vaccines are at the good end of that scale, scamming people into buying supplements they don't need is at the opposite end.

1. Do you have an issue with 'lab manufactured' drugs? Ivermectin, the drug you are recommending, is also made in a lab. Does that mean it is in some way bad? If this isn't an issue, why bring it up?
2. Re. approval. You are on record as saying that you think Fauci, the CDC and all relevantly-qualified scientists are not to be trusted. Their approval is something you neither need nor accept. If the CDC were to approve the use of Ivermectin, would you oppose it?
3. Which 'not approved' medicines are you claiming people are taking?

Top on the list of "not approved" medicines for Covid would, of course, be Chlorquinoline and Ivermectin, both of which the CDC and others actively warn against. For some reason they don't think it wise to try to cure Covid with the drug you use to worm your horse.

Entirely off topic, I am reminded of a joke.

A couple things here:

Your 'supplements' are generally unapproved lab manufactured drugs. Someone is manufacturing them, and surprisingly, in a lab!

As for taking a vaccine, that is the opposite of lazy. A Vaccine boosts your immune response to a virus, without having to take on the negative side effects of said virus (Like death, and or a trip to the ICU. See also: India)

The best thing to do, is of course, make sure one eats well, exercises, and has the vaccine. I don't want to get sick or die, and I don't want others to either.

People opposed to the vaccine, want people to get sick and die.
