Well, he did refuse to go along with that idiotic Gohmert plan (CNN), so that may have cost him some favor with the TrumpHumpers. But I think Trump himself, based on this tweet, still has some hope that Pence will save the day for him, so Pence is probably not yet completely in the doghouse. But this really does put him on the spot- Pence is going to find out that you cannot be a cafeteria-Trumper, where you get to pick and choose how and when you support Trump- it's all or none.

Yeah, it'll be fun to watch Trump air his grievances after the result's tally, and Pence announcing those results.
