Those people outside were not trying to "observe", they were Trump supporting "Stop the Count" nutcases banging on the windows, trying the disrupt proceedings. They were also threatening those inside the building with violence, and some of them were armed.

Media declare Biden the winner (based on the projected State by State results): "the fake news doesn't decide who wins a State, the Canvassing Boards and other State entities certify the results, and the Courts have their say too."

All States certify the results, courts reject the lawsuits as rubbish: "Certification is a formality, the Electoral College elects the president, and wait for the Courts (yes, the new case is the Real One)."

Electoral College votes 306-232 for Biden, lawsuits still dismissed as utter nonsense: "Congress and the VP have to certify the results, wait for the 6th, and the Courts (yes, yes, yes, now we have the Real Real One before the Right Court)."


This is what happened until now, with barely some hyperbole.


Tomorrow (or the day after that): Congress certifies Biden's victory: "The only date in the Constitution is 20th of January, Biden isn't sworn in yet, and the Courts will be presented with new incredible numbers."

Jan 20th, 12pm ET, Biden and Harris are sworn in: "some magic invoked."

It will never end. :(
