People telling you what they themselves are doing is quite a bit different than other people trying to describe what went on behind closed doors that they were not actually privy to.

He was instrumental in securing the election success of the first Black U.S. Senator from the state of Georgia. Without Trump's unyielding efforts, it might not have happened.

In the same vein, thanks to Trump's tireless efforts these last weeks, a Socialist will be the head of the Senate Budget Committee.

And, the thing about tax cuts is he figured out how to avoid some of the nasty political fallout. All you have to do is skip the accompanying spending cuts. Past Republicans have cut taxes a lot, and cut spending a little. This made people mad because they didn't want anyone to cut spending. So, Trump didn't. It's a win-win for everyone except our children.

ETA: I forgot moving the embassy to Jerusalem, and tax cuts.

Why do you hate America so much? The GOP is a relic, hanging on due to rural states, many of only survive by the subsidies by the federal gov't they hate so much.

The 1950s are not coming back, despite Trump. He will be the last GOP president for quite a while.

Adapt to our overpopulated planet or there is no future.

Yes, quite an unpresidented achievement.

Before the mob stormed the congress building, and not even this was enough to make Drumpf stop spouting his conspiratorial nonsense, I took solace in that Biden would take over in two weeks. Sure, thousands of people die from covid every day, but other than that, how much damage could he do.

Now two weeks seems like a very, very long time.

Trump might be the only president to be both impeached, and removed from office via the 25th amendment. (Well, that's what current rumors are saying... take with a grain of salt.)

Won't happen IMO, there's too much support for President Trump among the GOP rank and file for senior Republicans to break ranks over something so trivial as this.

Threatening to reverse tax cuts or increasing stimulus payments to the poor OTOH..... :rolleyes:
 
He committed a number of crimes, inspired racists, lied as if there were some sort of contest, pissed on the constitution, **** on the environment, fomented insurrection and sedition, and got away with it. Plus he made America a laughingstock over and over and over.

So yeah, he accomplished a lot, none of it good.


ETA: Oh yeah, he survived an impeachment. 25th, now.
