What is the explanation of why the manual audit came up with the same vote totals as the Dominion machines if the Dominion machines were flipping votes?

Given the lack of corroboration, any reasonable skeptic would dismiss this "shocking revelation" out of hand. As any real evidence surfaces, of course, conclusions may need to be adjusted, but for now, the claim may be dismissed as completely bogus.

For example, Bubba alleged a certain video showed fraud when it showed nothing more than normal ballot duplication (so the vote could be scanned). An unwarranted conclusion. It is when others, like the man whose name will now forever be associated with farts, misrepresented the affidavits that the lies come into play.

It's more classic conspiracy stuff, really. I have here 1,000 pieces of sworn testimony which are contradictory, incomplete, and, taken together, paint a picture that can't possibly be accurate.......therefore there was a conspiracy.

What I really like with conspiracy theories is that eventually we get people who were obviously nowhere near Dealey Plaze/the voting center in Philadelphia who in coming years will come forward claiming to have seen absolute proof of elections stealing. They will give names and details that prove the case beyond a shadow of a doubt, and they will get paid to publish those details for the Enquirer, or perhaps just someone's money-making youtube channel, and the conspiracy believers will insist that person cannot possibly be lying.

Some of those 1000s of affidavits are probably already of that sort, but I'm sure the stories will be further embellished over time, with more details emerging in the future with every interview.

All of the retired detectives on my staff say that is ill advised. What you do with it of course is your call.

I pinned it on the big map. I told my staff to do the same, and to watch for any patterns emerging, before setting it aside (not dismiss it).

The detectives say they keep stuff like that, rather than toss it, because the guy might show up on some other case's radar later on.

You know that there are people already working on books that they hope to rush to publish as quickly as possible, with titles like "FRAUD! How the 2020 Election was Stolen"

The publishing world has changed wo much in the last decade or two. It used to be that to publish a book you had to convince someone who owned a printing press that it was worth the effort to spend a day cranking out some thousands of volumes. That's what "publishing" meant back then. As a result, only the "best" conspiracy books got published.

Now, any moron can publish a book, and with only slightly more work you can get a C-list publisher to actually provide editing services and a small print run, so that there will be lots and lots of books, but probably no one of them will sell all that well.

Maybe Carpenter is nuts, maybe not.
Why not file it as an unsubstantiated claim', and wait for more info before concluding??

Meanwhile, Meadmaker indicated the news would have reported it. Maybe they are working on verifying it. Maybe they already did.
