Is this the "Chavez" affidavit?

If so then I gather the software was developed after 2009 and used to manipulate an election in 2006.

Good God. These people are so incompetent they can't even proofread their own conspiracy theories for such obvious errors as this. For those who don't want to read through the eight pages, this is what Robin is referring to:

11. In mid-February of 2009, there was a national referendum to change the Constitution of Venezuela to end term limits for elected officials, including the President of Venezuela. The referendum passed. This permitted Hugo Chavez to be re-elected an unlimited number of times.

12. After passage of the referendum, President Chavez instructed me to make arrangements for him to meet with Jorge Rodriguez, then President of the National Electoral Council, and three executives from Smartmatic. Among the three Smartmatic representatives were President Chavez had multiple meetings with Rodriguez and the Smartmatic team at which I was present. In the first of four meetings, Jorge Rodriguez promoted the idea to create software that would manipulate elections. Chavez was very excited and made it clear that he would provide whatever Smartmatic needed. He wanted them immediately to create a voting system which would ensure that any time anything was going to be voted on the voting system would guarantee results that Chavez wanted. Chavez offered Smartmatic many inducements, including large sums of money, for Smartmatic to create or modify the voting system so that it would guarantee Chavez would win every election cycle. Smartmatic’s team agreed to create such a system and did so.
16. After the Smartmatic Electoral Management System was put in place, I closely observed several elections where the results were manipulated using Smartmatic software. One such election was in December 2006 when Chavez was running against Rosales. Chavez won with a landslide over Manuel Rosales - a margin of nearly 6 million votes for Chavez versus 3.7 million for Rosales.

If I was a Trump supporter I’d get tired of looking foolish after charging all over the internet with these comically stupid stories. I’d also be tired of sending him money.

Have you watched a Trump rally?

ETA: Meaning I don't think not looking foolish and wasting money are their top priorities.

Oh, well...if ONE AMERICA NEWS is reporting it, it must be true. Biden may as well turn off the lights and go back home to Delaware cuz it's over, baby!

About that PA appeal to the Third Circuit, a longish Twitter thread about how little sense it makes: https://twitter.com/bradheath/status/1330686429614256128 (unrolled version: https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1330686429614256128.html)

If you don't have time to read it, one of the last tweets of the thread says it all : "This whole thing is basically a Motion To Be Beaten A Second Time Because The First Time Was Insufficiently Spectacular."
This is the epitome of what has been happening, say one thing in public but say something different in front of the court.

To the press:. "we are going in front of the judge tomorrow with proof of the fraud"
To the court: "this case is not about electoral fraud"

Is witness testimony considered evidence? Joe Oltmann might become famous.

One America News is reporting on Dominion. Chanel Rion of OAN is reporting.
Rion said:
"FUC United founder Joe Oltmann had infiltrated Antifa to uncover journalists who were active members of the Antifa group attacking his company in Colorado." "Don’t worry about the election, Trump’s not gonna win. I made F***ing sure of that!"

:big:

What in God's name are you talking about?

Remember the other day when Bubba was telling us how Powell was a highly respected lawyer?

Even better, how she either had the serious goods or she was insane, and that time would tell?

I think time has told.

She's also repeatedly been spoken of very highly in the Flynn thread.

Yes, absolutely clear.

I think we'll need another thread about what is actually happening here, in plain sight.
Biden will (most probably) be inaugurated on 20/jan/2021 (yay).

But the Republicans are setting the board to:
- claim the presidency was, maybe, just maybe, a little bit stolen, and that justifies blocking Biden at every turn;
- use the electoral fraud, (for which they have no evidence, sure, but maybe that's just because Soros and Chavez are so good at this) to justify more voter suppression;
- use the electoral fraud (see above), to justify changes to how the states where the GOP has a trifecta allocates their electors, for example by giving the legislature a say AFTER the election.

Someday, give it a few more Trumplike presidencies, Democratic voters will learn how important their local elections are.

This one was so bizarre I had to look a few things up. But it doesn't seem to be a typo; the referendum abolishing term limits was indeed in 2009, and the Chavez - Rosales election was in 2006, and the sequence of events is very clearly stated; the election rigging system is said to have been set up after that specific referendum, and before that specific election. And, of course, the whole thing is absurd on its face; why on earth would Chavez need to set up a mechanism for rigging elections after he'd effectively abolished them? This isn't a proofreading error, it's a basic systemic failure with the entire account.

I'm certainly sick of being asked for money. I'm getting multiple calls each day despite never having donated anything. Trump has a lot of supporters who aren't so well-heeled and they may be getting close to tapped out. They may put it together that these donations are being used for other purposes. This from a multibillionaire who was supposed to be self-funding. The well may be running dry and I think the members of various fund-raising entities are finding a way to skim off donations to their own bank accounts. I can't prove that is happening though.

Likely so many will have been disenfranchised and/or had their vote suppressed that even if they do take it seriously, they'll still not be able to cast enough votes.

I cannot remember which state it is, but in one state Democrats got the majority of the votes in state elections but the GOP got 65% of the seats.
