Allegations of Fraud in 2020 US Election

It looks like Sidney Powell wasn't kidding abut releasing the Kraken...

She has affidavits, witnesses, documents...proving massive vote flipping by Smartmatic software, specifically designed to steal elections.

Trump won "by a landslide", so the crooks had to stop the counting, in order to re program the machines....That was the give-away because an operator knew what they were doing, and blew the whistle, thankfully.

Honest patriotic Smartmatic and Dominion employees have already stepped forward as witnesses. Powell is calling for more to do the same.

Thank goodness ! All skeptics all want clean fair elections !!

Why aren't these allegations being made on court?

Well, the answer is obvious to any reasonable, critically thinking person, but the question is, is the answer obvious to you?

I'm guessing that they feared some of her comments crossed the line into libel, and they didn't want to get tarred with that.

Or, it is conceivable that they just felt her comments were over the line and that she had "gone rogue", and didn't want it to pollute their case. I tend not to think that was the case though, because it doesn't seem like anything is too crazy for the Trump team.
Or jealousy from Mascara Man.

He is a Q enthusiast; he will have plenty of Q-splaining for you.
It seems to me that all conspiracy theorists face a great obstacle to uniting as a whole, because so many seem to believe in slightly different conspiracies. The Q thing is so all-encompassing that people probably pick and choose which parts to believe. Is there a way forward to gradually increase buy-in from community members?

I would like to see every voting jurisdiction form committees focusing on gathering public input about how to improve local elections. Have a call to the audience where everybody gets a shot at the microphone. Be as inclusive, comprehensive and transparent as possible. Resist getting into arguments with people providing input. Form fact-finding subcommittees to investigate various claims. Give the most obstreperous members of the public their own subcommittees. I think some of the mistrust would fall away as everyone grew more educated in their local process. It has to be done at a local level; this can't be a top-down exercise.

In short, work like hell to promote civic engagement on this issue.

If some expert in cults can explain why sidney powell gets the deep undercover treatment but Tucker gets accused of pedophilia with Hunter Biden at comet pizza....I would love to hear it.

Related to PA shenanigans....

How the heck is act 77 Constitutional? Why is that republican incorrect that it is unconstitutional?

It seems like it clearly violates PA's constitution.

Ok, I'll bite. I assume you are focusing on the absentee ballot language in the Pennsylvania Constitution, no?

Would you agree that the Pennsylvania Constitution creates a right for absentee balloting by certain electors meeting certain qualifications? That right provides a mechanism for voting by qualified individuals independent of the voting procedures established for the general electorate.

So, where is there a restriction preventing the legislature from enacting mail-in voting?
