I have an idea...maybe it will all go away if we simply don't acknowledge the fact that Sidney Powell announced today that she has affidavits, witnesses, documents...proving massive vote flipping by Smartmatic software, specifically designed to steal elections, and that patriotic Smartmatic and Dominion employees have already stepped forward as witnesses.


What do you think ? Should we pretend she never said it?? So far, our favorite sources are pretending it didnt happen, maybe we should follow their lead??

In fact, if I was in Dominion's and Smartmatic's position right now, I would be suing Powell and Giuliani for damages.

Maybe sometime in the future. Much of the tangible damages are likely yet to come. At this point it's still speculative whether their business will suffer because of this, but if it does, then they will have actual evidence that they were in fact harmed.

Tomorrow is the deadline for certifying election results in Georgia. Monday is the deadline for certifying election results in Michigan and Pennsylvania. What is your explanation as to why Ms. Powell hasn't used this overwhelming evidence to request emergency injunctions to prevent the certification of election results in those states?

I assume that, by the timing, this is intended to give sympathetic officials an excuse not to certify the vote.

I see this is all falling apart. Trump is openly strong arming or bribing GOP politicians in Michigan with them coming to the White House tomorrow. But unless he can get two other states to also flip, it's all for naught. And the certification train keeps on moving forward.

You do know the kraken was an entirely fictional story...don't you. It was as real as Star Trek is a documentary of the US space program. And very much like Powell's story was also a great steaming pile of fiction. Frankly, I thought John Wyndham's novel was much better.

Leading up to the 2020 elections, Adam Schiff--the only honest politician left in the government--warned us that Russia was interfering again. So what do they do? Change the system to make it even easier for Russia to interfere!! If Joe and the Ho don't do something to fix this in 2024 we should just ask Putin who we want and skip the middle man.

"Charges" generally arise from criminal complaints. If it's just another lawsuit, the more likely terms would be in "claims" or "allegations."

That's precious. But I agree with your point. Trump may well be asking Putin for advice on this. Using democratic freedoms to throttle democracy is right up his alley.

As you have been told, they have had 28 court cases in the two weeks since the election to present this oh-so-compelling evidence in court already. They have certainly been crowing about it that long. Perhaps you can tell us why they have not done so?

Our rights have limitations. You can't defame or libel others. You can't yell "fire" in a crowded theater or say you have a bomb in an airport. Why? Because those things actually endanger people and are damaging. The fact is making claims that there was widespread fraud in our election is endangering and damaging our republic and its citizens.

If you have a genuine reasonable belief, then you shouldn't be liable. But Rudy should have to face actions against him when he yells "FRAUD" the day after he rambles on in court about it but after having his feet put to the fire admits he has no evidence of fraud.

Giuliani may be a true believer.

If Rudy was in fact a "true believer" he wouldn't have said in court after rambling on about fraud and then when asked by the judge "are you accusing fraud", he wouldn't have replied "no". Or later in the same case after going back to his fraud theme being asked again by the judge saying "no, this is not a fraud case". Rudy lies to the public because there is no legal consequence for lying. But won't lie during questioning from a judge.

Now tell me again that Rudy could be a "true believer".

For sure. My first guess is that his loyalty is to his position at Fox, and Trump is now beginning to be a threat to the channel. Maybe. There might be a common thread here between Giuliani and Trump. That is... New York.

Trump is in legal jeopardy there. IMO, he is terrified of what will happen after 20 January 2021 when his presidential shield evaporates. Letitia James (New York AG) and Cyrus Vance (New York County DA) are both gunning for him.

Rudy is terrified too, but for a different reason. He is under investigation by SDNY for his potential criminality in the Ukraine scandal where he worked illegally behind the US Goverment's back to undermine Amb. Marie Yovanovich who was getting too close to discovering corruption that would have implicated Trump. IMO, Rudy is working feverishly to earn a pardon.

As for Powell, well, she's a bat-**** crazy conspiracy theorist and all around nutcase with no reputation to protect, so who knows?

Sidney Powell is a full on Trumpian whack job. She represents Gen. Michael Flynn and believes he was targeted by the government and pressured into pleading guilty to lying to the FBI...twice. One of her previously more infamous quotes is

“the continued invasion of this country” by immigrants might be the cause of “diseases spreading across the country that are causing polio-like paralysis of our children.”

But after the crap in the video above, I think she's outdone herself. It only goes to show just how far down the batcrap rabbit hole Lou Dobbs and so many others have gone when they swallow this kind of pure crazy.

Even Tucker Carlson - a man who is so far in the Trump camp he's worked as an unofficial adviser to Trump, and who is so prone to spreading ******** that he won a court case on the premise that the things he says are so far out there that no reasonable person could believe they are factual - thinks that this is bollocks. You might be advised to adopt a more cautious tone when endorsing it. It'll be easier to save face afterwards.
