Allegations of Fraud in 2020 US Election

There's bound to be some ballots that were undelivered. Most of the people whose ballots weren't delivered won't check and see their votes weren't counted. Perhaps some will, but these folk may not be interested in or capable of publicizing this fact.
.....

Sure, some ballots out of many millions were probably lost, maybe even after they were scanned, maybe even after they got where they were supposed to go. But the fact that 300,000 ballots were scanned in but not out doesn't mean that 300,000 ballots were lost or worse by the USPS.

I have a results page on a pinned tab, and I have been keeping an eye on the numbers

Biden leads are increasing nationally on the popular vote is now 5.72 million, up by about 100,000 since I last looked. It has also pushed past 51% of the vote to Trump's 47%. Biden could end up pushing 80 million votes... that would be truly unprecedented.

His lead is also increasing in those swing states

PA: 65,866, a 500+ increase
GA: 14,122, a 120+ increase
NV: 33,596,, a 190+ increase

Its just getting worse for Trump :thumbsup:

Do you have a link? The state figures match what I have but Cook Political has the current popular vote margin at 5,584,038

This is a question for everyone. Why do you think the Postal service could not deliver ballots AND scan them to confirm delivery? Ask yourself. The USPS moves millions of pieces of mail every day. During the Holiday season more. Why would you expect your Christmas delivery to be scanned at delivery and your election ballot not?

As someone who has done some time as a courier driver, I can speak to why that might be.

In my town, the company I worked for did two delivery cycles per day. In the morning, we would fill the van with the overnight inwards freight trucked in from long distance by road, and be loaded up ready to hit the road in time to make deliveries as shops and businesses began to open at 9:00am. Households would be included in those delivery cycles. Once all deliveries were made, it was return to base and load up with day freight that had arrived by air, as well as from nearby smaller towns during the morning, and after a bite for lunch, head out on the afternoon delivery run. Business deliveries would be prioritized due to them closing from 4:30 top 5:30, and household deliveries would be pushed towards the end. In each case, everything would be scanned.

At Christmas time however, it all changed. I would have a second person the van, and when we delivered to places like shopping malls and large shopping precincts, we would unload everything for those businesses into carts, and my offsider (who did not carry scanner) would walk around and deliver, while I drove off and delivered everything I could around town until he paged me to let me know he was finished - nothing delivered to those mall or precinct businesses was scanned. As we got closer to Christmas, so we would simply no bother scanning at all. We would knock on the back door and leave the packages outside, or if unlocked, inside.

So, why did we stop scanning as we got closer to Christmas day? Its simple really. At Christmas time, I would typically have upwards of 2000 packages to deliver over the two delivery runs.... and scanning the packages takes about five seconds. Doesn't sound like much, right? Well 2000 packages at five seconds per package is 10,000 seconds... that is 166 minutes - over two and three quarter hours. That is the time saved by not scanning, and that allowed us to shorten the morning and afternoon runs, and add a third mid-day run... and that Chris is one example of why there is nothing at all unusual about items being delivered by couriers not being scanned during really busy times.

They update the vote tallies regularly. Your total for Trump is much lower.

Has someone looked into the GRU angle on all this misinformation?
Sounds like something right out of the Kremlin handbook to deligitimize fair elections and undermine the next Adminstration.

If 300K votes were lost and never counted by the USPS would the headline on the alt fact website where the push this nonsense read “300K votes not scanned as delivered by the USPS”

It’s absolutely, without question, worse to deny hundreds of thousands of votes due to slow shipping than it is to not scan them as delivered but deliver them anyway. I think it’s more for tracking purposes for the customer anyway, it’s not a security feature to track any other shipment but they do that anyway.

And it doesn't even track that they have been delivered. Only that they are ready to be taken out of the post office for delivery. If that.

I don't know if anyone participating in this thread uses the USPS Informed Daily Delivery Service. It's a feature you can sign up for which shows the scans of the mail scheduled to be delivered to your address that day. Well ... mostly.

In each daily email notification it has several included caveats.

Such as;

"You may have more mail or packages than are shown in your Daily Digest."

or;

"Mail may arrive several days after you receive this notification. Please allow up to a week for delivery before reporting missing mail."

but not least;

"*Not all mail is imaged and sorted on USPS® automated equipment. Therefore, some of your mail may not be shown here."

This scanning does not seem to be a security feature at all, and even as a customer convenience they make no guarantees.

ChrisB's claims and assertions are entirely based on pure bushwa. They don't even merit a response, much less serious rebuttal.

The opposing counsel in Bush v. Gore agree that Biden has won.
Twenty years ago, we represented the opposing sides in Bush v. Gore. We still don’t agree about how the Supreme Court ruled, but we completely agree that nothing in that case — or in the Supreme Court’s decision — supports the challenges now being thrown about in an attempt to undermine President-elect Joe Biden’s victory.

Also, I assume team Trump would try to invalidate one of the provisions to get all the mail in votes tossed.

Err, that section of the act doesn't mean what you think it does.

It would require a change in PA electoral law to overturn the mail in ballot law.

Even if they were able to get that to happen, it will not afftect this election. Changes in electoral law cannot be backdated to change election results; they can only affect subsequent elections.

Time to face facts, your Fuhrer lost, and he lost by a landslide!!

Exactly. This was basically a provision that said if the courts overthrew any of the provisions of the legislation, they would have to write and pass a whole new law.

Not that elections that conducted vote by mail could have mail ballots invalidated post hoc.

The US Constitution states clearly that Ex post facto laws are expressly forbidden. Article 1, Section 9, Clause 3 (with respect to federal laws) and Article 1, Section 10 (with respect to state laws).

They can throw out the law, but they cannot change the election results.
