I suspect Trump may resign before 20 January, putting Pence in the hot seat for a few weeks, on condition of a full blanket pardon.

You have to admit guilt or be found guilty before you can get a pardon.

Can Trump bring out an Executive Order saying presidents should be able to get pardons in advance for a small fee?

Then again, unlike President Trump, Joe Biden isn't attempting to claim credit for it either.

Don't forget the Acosta one giving a pardon to Jeffery Epstein and all of his conspirators known and unknown. Torn up and ripped to pieces. 'Pardoned co-conspirator' Ghislaine Maxwell awaits trial in July 2021.

Let's see how that pans out.

The envy and jealousy is going to finish Trump off. Forever he will be chewed up with a sense of unfairly being deprived of the accolade of bringing a vaccine to America.

Not so. Nixon was never charged with crimes, yet he was pardoned:

The US Government didn't have anything to do with the Pfizer vaccine. Pfizer, was never part of Warp Speed and took no USG money. What they did was independent of the Trump Administration's efforts.

You're right about Germany and US Fed money but not the other.
They are under or are open to contracts under Warp Speed to deliver doses.
Still, they self funded. Good on them.
