Some leaks about what is going on in the White House right now: Trump is angry and Mark Meadows is enabling him as far as his defiance goes. Just about what I expected.

The Onion has been merciless. Yesterday they had "Newly Elected QAnon Congresswoman Worried She [sic] Selling Out by Working with Pedophile Cabal" and, a true word in jest, "Trump Files Lawsuit in Pennsylvania Alleging Election Officials Totally Disregarding His Feelings."

Didn't Al Franken win due to a recount? But the margin was even closer than what we are seeing at least in PA (and that margin should grow).

Realistically, PA is all that matters.

Das Boot is great. So is Run Lola Run. Speaking of submarines. Trump has depth charges going off all around him.
 
He got 7406 votes in Colorado. Green Party candidate got more. Kanye got more than the Socialists, Communists, actual Nazis and alien cult candidates, however.

This isn't a Florida 2000 repeat. There, there was one, single, state involved, and that one state was even closer than Georgia will end up when all the votes are counted the first time.

This time, we still don't know the final outcome, but it looks like Trump would have to flip at least two states by recounts, and maybe three, and the number of votes required to flip will be greater than they were in Florida 2000.

Plus, historically, Democrats tend to pick up more in recounts than Republicans.

So, there will be lots of litigation and lots of recounting, as there should be. It's all part of having fair and accurate elections. However, it doesn't appear that any of that litigation or recounting will come to anything.

Like Trump has the lexicon to use "morass" in the proper context. On his own he'd say, "this big, big, really bad thing". If he ever heard the word "morass" he'd say, "sure, we could all use more ass". I wonder who wrote that for him.
