Biden's lead in mail ballots is over 3:1 - 1,786,725 to 536,222. The incoming results seem to be exceeding that ratio.

Trumps lead in PA as of right now 75 427
326k mail in ballots left to be counted, which have been favouring Biden about 70/30

Fox was the first to call AZ for Biden, that was surprising. CNN did call it later but then reversed themselves after Trump started catching up.

In AZ, Silver has said that the mail-ins are more likely to be Red Shifted rather than Blue Shifted. In PA, and most other states, the blue-shift is supposed to be very significant.
