Fox News host Mark Levin calls for the election to be invalidated by Republicans so Trump stays in power.

REMINDER TO THE REPUBLICAN STATE LEGISLATURES, YOU HAVE THE FINAL SAY OVER THE CHOOSING OF ELECTORS, NOT ANY BOARD OF ELECTIONS, SECRETARY OF STATE, GOVERNOR, OR EVEN COURT. YOU HAVE THE FINAL SAY -- ARTICLE II OF THE FED CONSTITUTION. SO, GET READY TO DO YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY

That's a good sign. If they are going insane, they think they are losing.

Just reported, but with no detail

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news...p-live-updates#block-5fa429b08f08f536f6a5fbc4

"A Georgia judge has dismissed the Trump campaign’s lawsuit over absentee ballots in the state.
The president’s reelection campaign tried to argue election officials were attempting to count invalid ballots in Georgia.
When pressed for evidence of that claim, the Trump campaign could not produce any."
Hardly surprising, since Vox has the details and it's a doozy:
Sean Pumphrey, a poll watcher sent by the Republican Party to observe ballot counting, saw an election worker “bring a stack of ballots from a back room and place on a table.” Pumphrey then “left the room for a and [sic] returned a short time later.” But when he’d returned, “the stack of ballots were no longer on the table.”

Based on these claims, and the claim that Pumphrey and a fellow poll watcher were “not able to locate the stack” after traveling to another location where ballots were processed, the Trump campaign and the Georgia GOP complained that they “do not know whether absentee ballots in Chatham County are being sufficiently accounted for” or “safely stored ... in accordance with Georgia law.”
Vox: Trump’s bizarre, haphazard legal strategy to disrupt vote counting, briefly explained

Check out Geraldo Rivera's twitter feed... it's gold.

Still no robocalls from the Trump campaign. Don't know what that means, if anything.

The AP, Yahoo, and Foxnews have already called Arizona for Biden.

CNN hasn't, and in fact Trump has been narrowing Biden's lead. It's hard to call. I think Biden could definitely win PA, though, and then it's game over for Trump.

Hmmm.....

It’s interesting to note that in PA Trump has not only surpassed his 2016 turnout there, but also Obama’s in 2012, and it looks like he may even surpass Obama’s 2008 turnout. If he does, then Biden needs to make up more votes than Obama’s 2008 margin.

Yet we see that even though he won the two other Rust Belt states(WI & MI), in neither of them did he surpass Obama’s 2008 performance.

It's Nevada or bust. I don't think Pennsylvania is going Biden- just too much ground to make up.

Making me ill that the Nevada elections guy just told us that it could be two more days for them to finish.

PA has ~500k ballots still to be counted, most of which should be done by tonight accord to PA sec. of state.

Trumps lead has fallen to 111 000 in PA which would likely be overhauled by Biden even with say 300k left to count.

PA is lean Biden and will probably be called later today.

Nevada would be called , only because Arizona has been called already networks are holding off on that call as it would give Biden the 270 he needs for the winning line.

AZ is really a tossup, NV is likely Biden, Georgia is lean Biden PA is lean Biden

If you give Trump Arizona and N Carolina and give Biden Nevada and Georgia

Biden has 275 EC votes and is president elect, rising to 295 in all probability once PA is called.

It's way tighter than it should have been, but Trump is still cooked.

PA winner in 2008: 3,276,363

PA candidate ahead as of right now: 3,232,131

WI winner in 2008: 1,677,211

WI winner in 2020: 1,630,542

MI winner in 2008: 2,867,680

MI winner in 2020: 2,788,425

I don't care who's projected as being the winner. I just want to know who wins. The other BS is moot. If it could actually affect the outcome, that would be different.

Again one of Trump's biggest advantages is that his base is split between sad, childish nihilist with an edge-lord "All government sucks, everyone sucks, everything sucks, all sides suck equally, trying improve stuff makes you naive and stupid, burn it all down and laugh at the flames" mentality, people so deep in partisanship that they vote for whoever has the R next to his name regardless how far outside his values are to either the culture or their own party, and far Right racists and bigots who have finally found a hero to rally behind.

If he wins he wins. If he loses he still wins. If he flips over the table he wins.

Man the progressives are almost as butthurt as the Trumpers over the idea that Biden might win.

You should checkout Jimmy Dore's and The Hill's Youtube channel's comment section. They love a good nihilist/edge-lord schtick when they see it.

I am fed up with this. I knew Nevada wasn't going to call until late evening, my time, but for goodness sake they had just one job to do. Now it won't be until Friday or Saturday?

Good job I found other things to do than follow the election all day.

If Biden doesn't win there will be civil disorder. If Trump doesn't win the redneck rifle mob will turn uglier.

Lovely to see the entire Trump family panicking like mad, with Eric ranting on about voting fraud and Kushner ringing up Fox in a rage for calling Arizona. Would it be wicked of me to enjoy their meltdown?

This is what I think, though AZ is still possible for Biden.

Well, and Trump could possibly hold onto GA.

Well the problem is we won't know that for another month or so when the Electors actually do the real election that this is all just a show trial for.

The AP, Yahoo, and Foxnews have already called Arizona for Biden.

Didn't Fox retract based on 450,000 uncounted mail in ballots? Nate Silver is calling for a retraction as well.

"I don't know, I guess I'd say that Biden will win Arizona if you forced me to pick, but I sure as heck don't think the state should have been called by anyone, and I think the calls that were previously made should be retracted now," Silver wrote in his website's blog.

His reasoning involves the existence of an estimated 450,000 mail-in ballots that, according to party registration, are 23 percent Democratic, 44 percent Republican and 33 percent independent or other parties.

As such, Silver says, "Trump would need to win those votes by 21 points to overtake Biden's current 93,000-vote lead." He thinks it's possible that the votes could help Trump win the state.

If Biden loses AZ, he absolutely must win GA or PA, plus NV to win.

I love and absolutely hate all the prognosticators. Me, I'm just a schmuck without a crystal ball. And I am a nervous wreck.
