There are no charges as of today unless they are under seal, that does not preclude the possibility of future charges.

Rein it in there chief. He also said he can’t be sure it was actually Biden but was convinced because of the sticker. At least, that’s what the NY Post article that broke the story claimed. Which, again, trying to figure out whether or not it’s true so if you’re taking issue with me using that as a source then, well I’ve been saying it’s fake news the whole time.
