Numerous videos of PPB assaulting journalists, but this time they managed to rough up John Rudoff, a respected and established photojournalist. Portland is already under an injunction that prevents them from attacking press during dispersal orders.

Sealed indictment and warrant was filed September 11th. Makes you wonder what took the cops so long to make a felony arrest.

The cops probably wanted to wait until after their monthly poker night because it was Swinney’s turn to bring the snacks.
 
We already know that the PPB doesn't really care about making arrests for Proud Boys. Ironically, on the same day that Alan Swinney was racking up multiple felonies, Tiny Toese, who had his own active arrest warrant, was allowed to participate in the violence without fear of arrest.

A grand jury indicted Mark and Patricia McCloskey Tuesday on charges of exhibiting guns at protesters in a June incident in their neighborhood and added a charge of tampering with evidence for both members of the couple.

Apparently the tampering charge stems from an allegation that the pistol had been rendered inoperable. Apparently Patricia had claimed at one point that the gun was rendered inoperable for use in an unrelated civil trial against a gun manufacturer.

The charge for unlawful use of a firearm is a felony.

The Grand Jury evidence is secret, but I'm guessing the tampering charge is alleging that the McCloskeys rendered the gun inoperable after the incident before turning it over to the police in an attempt to fabricate favorable evidence.

One neighborhood resident, Gwen Boucher, found it difficult to breathe from all the tear gas.

“I thought I was going to die” said Boucher, who struggles with a lung disease. “I used my inhaler and things didn’t get better.”

Boucher said she called 911 for help. Boucher later confronted Portland officers outside her building.

“I live right here and I’m trying to sleep. And you guys with your noisemakers and your goddam tear gas,” she said, “you just about put me in the hospital tonight.”
