No, actually, you didn't.
You're right, she didn't
fix
that
for
you. That's easy to see at a glance. In the comment of yours which she and you are referring to, you wrote:
Do you think agree with this statement: Global warming is the cause of the wildfires in CA?
I don't.
Obviously,
Do you think agree with this statement is incorrect. You should have simply written
Do you agree with this statement. But you didn't. And Skeptic Ginger let that error remain in the revised version of your comment which she posted, so you're right about her not having fixed what you wrote.
But you're wrong when you say:
I asked a question which you completely ignored.
No. She didn't ignore your question; you ignored her answer.
In your original comment, you expressed the opinion that global warming is not the cause of the wildfires in California. And technically that's true; generally it's something else which is the immediate cause of the wildfires.
But many things which are technically true are misleading, and your comment is a good example of that. So Skeptic Ginger addressed your statement by correcting it to say that
Global warming is the cause of the significant increase in numbers, and severity of the wildfires in California.
In other words, global warming doesn't directly cause the fires. But it has created conditions where it's more likely for there to be such fires and it has created conditions where those fires are likely to be much more severe than they would be without global warming. (For example, global warming has created conditions which have led to more dry leaves being available during fire season both to catch fire and to keep fires going and spreading once they get started.)
It seems to me that you're the one who's been evading the matter since then. By what she wrote, Skeptic Ginger agreed that global warming is generally not the cause of the fires, but pointed out that it is the cause of the significant increase in the number and severity of the fires.
I haven't seen you respond to that yet. Do you agree or disagree with Skeptic Ginger's statement that global warming is the cause of the significant increase in the number and severity of the fires California has been experiencing? And if you disagree with that statement, why do you disagree? Because it appears to me that Skeptic Ginger is correctly stating what climate scientists have been telling us about this matter.
