She's weak, she's cruel, she locked up innocent people, she wants to abolish cops and prisons*, she's the Angry Black Woman, she's meek.

Truth told, Warren at least, and maybe others on the "possible VP" list, is also pretty damn good at interrogation and speaking and they'd all just screech "Pocahantes!" However, indigenous stereotypes don't outrage everyone the way that anti-black ones do (and even those are annoyingly acceptable).

Meanwhile, Biden is showing that he can be an effective leader rolling out proposals, and Harris has neatly moved into the attack dog role. They pretty much hit the ground running.
