Suppose Trump tested positive. Do you think they would admit it? I think not but it would leak out. The stock market would *really* dive if that happens.

It would only leak out if he actually became sick. Knowing him, if he was asymptomatic, he'd continue as usual with no mask. After all, it's not like he would be affected and that's all that really matters to him.

Didn't we have this already? Or one of my forums. Well, Trump would be inspecting a hospital. Then they would move him back in the White House, where he would be testing a ventilator.

I dunno... sounds like a good excuse to declare a state of emergency and martial law, on account of we have a clear cut Chinese assassination attempt.

I'd like to just start the rumor and see where it goes. You can't make a fake-news omelet without breaking a few fake-news eggs. How do pro-Trump trolls arrive at their talking points? How many layers of duplicity must be involved? If seems to me that "conservative" Internet commenters are prepared to take risks that self-identified "liberals" [ETA: and progressives] recoil from. Start with a pack of lies and see where it goes from there. Weaponizing false information depends on getting that false information into the public eye. I'm not sure Democrats in general have the stomach for it. Is that a good thing? Bad thing? I don't know.

I wonder if that would make a good campaign ad for Gohmert's democratic opponent...

Show a video of him acting up in the hearing... then have a narrator say "You wouldn't let your children act like that in public.. so why are you letting your congressman?"

They could do the same thing with Trump on so many things.

You wouldn't let your child mock a disabled person...so why do you let your president?

Yeah. Honestly, I can see Luthor being a very competent President, for that matter, not that I'd want him to be President.

IIRC, Trump has been pretty much rejected as a comic book villain, though. Too unbelievably dumb and evil, so writers were saying that those stories just wouldn't sell.

Yeah. There's a bit of a sampling. May Biden win and there be serious punishment for the absurd number of bad actors that are being currently protected by the Trump Administration.
 
I foresee in the next few decades, that there will be DNA tracing to find these children, possibly initiated by the children themselves once grown, families will be reunited, documentaries will be made, and no one responsible will be punished. I'm sure of this because I just saw it play out, in a parental abduction where the man ran his DNA, found his aunt, and from there his father. No consequences to his mother.

Oh, FFS there are easily more than 100 cases of the White House is refusing to answer questions from sources far more respectable than the Daily Caller. Furthermore, the Trump Administration is hardly prepared for the dozens of questions it would get every day if every media outlet used “Trump logic” to gather news.
