I've heard that part of that 6200 was paid, just like his first appearance in 2015. Any truth to that?

He’s long sighted so he’d have just seen a blur, I am sure he is being told (and of course he is telling) that it was packed to the rafters.
 
Unbelievable even for trump. When he thinks of chokeholds it sounds "so perfect." trump riffing on protests and protesters.

It was reported that every person entering the venue would be screened. I have not seen a report on how many were actually turned away for screening positive, or having a high temperature.

Nah. If that was case, there would be way more people than 6200. They thought there is no need to hire actors.

There is a (debunked) story that someone was hiring actors of color for the date of the rally, the assumption being that they would be packed behind Trump's podium in view of the cameras.

While the Trump Campaign has done that in the past, or made sure that the few attendees of color are positioned in full view ("my black guy"), I have no solid information that this was done last weekend in Tulsa.

Do they let protesters get remotely near these things? I figured protesters were in free speech cages a mile away just like at republican conventions.

I hope he believes his own stats until Election Day, when he will turn to his staff (like today!) incredulous and say, "What the hell happened?" Then hell, he can blame anybody all he wants.


Until I saw that latest posted picture, I thought the other end would have been just over his shoulder. But no, it goes completely around his neck and matches the length of the more visible side, as you can just see the tail sticking out.

He's going to be playing the "Rigged Election" tune a lot between now and November.

But nobody suggest he's pre-staging a way to just not step down if he loses, that would be alarmist and dramatic.

And being dramatic about something is worse than the thing itself, regardless of what it is.
