'Please only serious responses': Jared Kushner reportedly looked to a Facebook group to crowdsource ideas to stop the coronavirus.

It's not the worst place to look, I suppose, but... :jaw-dropp

If they're turning to Facebook, what going on with the experts at hand? Or are they too busy trying to sabotage them like they've been doing with every other part of government.

Apparently he doesn’t understand that many of the responses that he thinks are jokes are completely serious suggestions from the idiots who think President Trump is a stable genius.

I hope this maneuver eventually becomes one of the go-to examples of what was wrong with the Trump Administration. Experts-shmexperts.

There are many Americans who become enraged at the thought of the government limiting their activities or movements.
 
ANd the news from Europe is going to lead to another economic bloodbath on Monday. All the gains inthe US Market made yesterday will be erased. Recession this year as pretty much a given by now.

In the spirit of non-partisanship I say let's not go full fuelair, full medieval, in our rhetoric here.

One hopes that Trump will become a better, more introspective man who learns to seek wise counsel, although he's already great.

Since the economic news on Monday is going to be really bad because of Today's developments,I am expecting a huge meltdown from Donnie,impressive even by his standards.
 
As a messy bachelor, I have a bit of an ant problem. I've tried to crush many ants and to leave their little bodies there on the orange formica, as an example. Simple economics. Bad numbers here, ants. They are stupid and inexorable, though. Many's the times I have brought down the collander hard and smart on an ant, eviscerating it wriggling. splintering joints, writhing, and I smile a little inside because against the orange formica, the ants sometimes appear to have orange hair, and their little guts spill out...

Provided he has the required self-awareness, it must be terrible to feel so much responsibility on your shoulders, and know that you are so utterly incompetent to deal with it. Of course, it's his own decision to not listen to experts and act like a spoiled toddler, but still.
