Apparently he doesn’t understand that many of the responses that he thinks are jokes are completely serious suggestions from the idiots who think President Trump is a stable genius.
I hope this maneuver eventually becomes one of the go-to examples of what was wrong with the Trump Administration. Experts-shmexperts.
