At some point Trump has to be stopped. This is both depressing and just too damn much.

I can remember in the early 70's there were many accusations of illegal use of hormones by the Russians..though back then they were never proven.

She had better be on guard first time she meets Trump.....

Is it because of this particular court action (challenging the pentagon over the awarding of a contract to Microsoft rather than Amazon)? Well, given the size of the contract, as well as the personal attacks by Trump, I think his response is understandable (even if the chance of winning in court is slim).

There's no real doubt that Trump weighed in to block Amazon, which may be one of the reasons Mattis resigned.
In the summer of 2018, President Trump called Mattis and directed him to “screw Amazon” out of a chance to bid on the JEDI contract, according to the forthcoming book “Holding The Line: Inside Trump’s Pentagon with Secretary Mattis.” The account was written by Guy Snodgrass, who served as a speechwriter for Mattis.

“Relaying the story to us during Small Group, Mattis said, ‘We’re not going to do that. This will be done by the book, both legally and ethically,’” Snodgrass writes. CNBC has reviewed the relevant passages of the book.

Trump's next defense secretary was more compliant. No way to know who will win the case, but Pentagon contracts are supposed to be awarded according to strictly prescribed criteria, not Trump's whims.
 
A single message from the WH ordering that the contract should not go to Amazon would be enough.
Maybe Bezos can find the missing server? It's probably in one of his basements.
