No. He's spreading the blame around to maximize the damage if they turn on him.

To be fair, its only fairly recently the US has been screwing the Kurds. They were screwed over when post-WWI Allied map makers decided to break up the Kurdish ethnic region and split it up among other countries in an international gerrymander. The resulting middle-eastern countries were weakened by adding large numbers of people who didn't want to be part of the country, and the Kurds were denied any nation where they held effective political power.
Since then, the Kurds keep trying to hitch their wagon to anyone who whispers the word "Kurdistan" in their ear. Sadly for them, all these deals eventually fall apart because their idea of "Kurdistan" takes up chunks of Iran, Iraq, Turkey and Syria, and there is no way to really give them any actual land without pissing them all off. Even only sort of taking a chunk from just one country like "Iraqi Kurdistan" gets the others buying guns and watching their borders closely.

I don't think that's ever been tested. One senator (or congressman?) was expelled and impeached the same time. Since both acts have the same effect, the impeachment was not tested in court.
But you're right that impeachment in the Constitution seems to exclude the legislative branch.

I'm noticing that Donny keeps lashing out harder and louder because the Dems simply don't respond to his last wild flailing. Has anyone seen any direct response from them to his antics? I don't seem to recall any specifically. Sure, there's subpoenas and impeachment investigations, and comments to the public about the shameful behaviour. But no retaliatory responses directly to Donny from any Dems. Must be driving Donny mad that they aren't falling for his name-calling.

5G is for mobile data. I can't think of any reason net neutrality would have negatively impacted the rollout of improved cellular technology.
Yup. I read up a little on this, and from the looks of it it is worse than the situation the networks had under Obama.
Back before the republicans started messing about, everyone (including network providers) knew that they had a certain uniform set of rules they had to follow. Now, since the federal government has said "we abdicate all responsibility", the courts have said "Ok, the states can set the rules". Now, your network providers will have to contend with a hodgepodge of rules, and will probably end up conforming to the worst possible situation.

It of course ignores the fact that when Obama became president, he inherited an economy that was basically in freefall. He had to stop the decline before things could start to improve.
Trump basically inherited an economy where incomes had been growing since around 2012-2013.

I suspect it probably also doesn't include the money that the average family will be paying thanks to Trump's Tariffs.
Nor does it account for the fact that thanks to those tax cuts, the government's deficit has increased, and all that borrowed money will eventually have to be paid back.
