That rightwing website actually goes into that in the transcript of Rudy's unhinged rant:

Has the call recording/transcript been released as yet? Or is this attempt to grandstand until his fan base convinces themselves that the transcripts were publicized and there was nothing in them?

Well, the President's been a criminal since way before that, so in terms that Trump can understand: "you first."
 
Perhaps Trump can comfort himself with the thought that he'd be out doing Obama, who never achieved impeachment despite two terms in office. For Trump to manage it in his first term, well, that would be something!
