The problem isn't funding - it is representatives valuing jobs in their district over what the military needs.
Also a decades-old effort to hide soldiers from public view before, during and after their service.

The trolling headline was Caitlin's, not CE's. It's a funny article; saying that he's "honest" because he's such a buffoon that not only does he show up his own doucheworthiness but exposes the entire "Empire" as a sham.
 
He was talking what Farage had told him about, at least as much as he could remember ("Donald, insist the NHS is opened up to US interests").
Because Farage is backed by US medical insurance interests.

The top two firms cover 90 million Americans. When we are talking about the US health insurance industry as a general unit, that is captured by the interests of the top firms.

If I had to bet, I would bet on the hedge fund and pharmacy industry being interested in a privatized NHS before the health insurance industry.
