You were going to predict "Litter After Large Demonstration"? Man that's some prescience you've got there! Do you also foresee humidity in New Orleans in August? Trump calling something "Fake News"? We've got to channel that ability.

Ohhhh, that's why this is threadworthy.

I'm a little slow with this stuff sometimes.

Come now, are the Trump supporters really trying to paint this as a liberal thing? Any time there is a big rally or meeting or public event, in almost any city anywhere, excessive litter follows the event. You should see the streets of Pittsburgh after - well, anything really. We have this little parade every year in South Side on the Ides of March where people carry signs saying "BEWARE" and march around chanting silliness. Literally no political factor, unless there's a few people who are still offended by the betrayal of Caesar. And yet, check out Carson St. the following day. It looks like the Rapture happened and everyone left their "BEWARE" signs behind.

You should have seen the mess the Duquesne Young Republicans can generate.

Honestly, this is silly. Littering is awful and lazy and gross, in my opinion, but all large groups of people seem to do it, regardless of their original reason for getting together or what their signs say.

It's not an "accusation", it's an observation. These people are utter ******* slobs, whether congenitally or by upbringing.

It's never occurred to you that not everyone who despises liberals and "progressives" (and Hillary Clinton) is a "Trump defender", has it?

I'm not sure this metaphor makes much sense. The way I read it, you're acknowledging that he's not necessarily a Trump supporter, but you're going to treat him like one anyway, just because he happens to be on a different part of the political spectrum.

You can choose not to treat him as "stinky", based on a fair assessment of his positions, any time you want.

Any gathering of a large crowd of people will leave stewards and cleaners a lot to clear up. I'll bet even Donald Trump rallies have huge piles of debris left in their wake.

Hey, keeps the cleaning staff and street cleaners in a job.

Some of the 'eco warriors', according to the DAILY MAIL, even have the audacity to have rich parents, the bloody bastards. One even travelled all the way from France, causing air pollution in so doing (it wrote).
 
This whole bit of conservatives concerning trolling over litter after protests is just their way of saying "how dare you protest!" and trying to come up with excuses as to why the Right of Assembly is being abused, somehow.

Honestly, I doubt they really give a crap about the cities being littered upon (they've been cutting Federal and State budget aid to cities since the Reagan Administration). So since I've been seeing Tea Partiers wring their hands with concern about litter on city streets I take it as fake tears and excuse to try and play in imbalanced game of trash Olympics (the biggest such claim was that the Tea Party rallies of 2009 produced less trash than the Obama Inauguration, but this fell apart when it was shown the claims of 2 million Tea Partiers were just 70,000 protesters who were around for just 4 hours.)

So when someone wrings their hands about protest trash in the city, be they Trump Defender or merely an off-the-shelf Lib'rul Hater, I find my eyes rolling. Hence why I first though this thread was a parody. Its a game they've played before.

And the game is that they don't want you out there protesting.
