One could hope that our Canadian Trump-lovers out in Alberta might notice this call by their Bestest Buddy to once again devastate their oil industry.

But, alas, I'm confident they'll once again be too stupid to see that lower oil prices makes their expensive-to-produce oil noncompetitive on the world market, and instead blame it on the provincial NDP government.

Jesus, he does not understands basic economics.
Of course the idea of moving away from Fossil Fuels seems to be anathema to him;and I honestly think it is simply because he sees Fossil Fuels as macho and manly, and Renewable Energy as wimpy.
 
Trump feels empowered after the Mueller report. I predict he will have us both in a recession and in a major war within a Year.

I've said before that he probably thinks that he can close the border in only one direction. The US will still be able to ship products to Mexico but nothing from Mexico will be able to enter the US.
(You probably also meant the dependence of agriculture on immigrant labor.)

He's not alone, although honestly I'm not sure I understand why. Electricity is electricity. Power is power (I got that from Cersei Lannister).

I guess 'caring' about the environmental impact is not manly.

It's sure to embolden him and his supporters. His transgressions may become more blatant, and the GOP's reluctance to move against him more obvious.
