David Icke's Visa Cancelled

As mentioned previously, it's all and ONLY about the money.

Icke is annoyed at this visa refusal only because he will not get the income from live speaking. That is all, because that's his shtick! Fleecing the gullible by being a fake crackpot edgelord is how he earns his income. It's no different that any TV evangelist. He just wants the money and to live in luxury.

So it doesn't matter if he behave like a cross-eyed David Irving wannabe, or even a goose-stepping SS protege. His faux outrage is because he will earn far less moolah than if he video-conferences a speech in to the venue, even though that is not banned and he can say what he likes with even more impunity that speaking live.

Any discussion here or anywhere else about his "right to speak" or "let the crank talk" or "anti-semite scum!!" is just so much bull-****. It all simply perpetuates the outrage and gives him ammunition to put on his website so that more people will end up sending him "support" in the form of money. Talking about him makes him famous or infamous. Either way, it pays.

Nope. He is an anti-semite. He endorses the fake "Protocols" document and has made it clear that the illumaniti/reptilians are the jewish elite in his various ramblings. How can you rationalise this from his book ""why do we play a part in suppressing alternative information to the official line of the Second World War? How is it right that while this fierce suppression goes on, free copies of the Spielberg film, Schindler's List, are given to schools to indoctrinate children with the unchallenged version of events. And why do we, who say we oppose tyranny and demand freedom of speech, allow people to go to prison and be vilified, and magazines to be closed down on the spot, for suggesting another version of history."

That is a direct quote from his writings, so don't even attempt to hurl the "plausible deniability" card. it wont wash.

.

You have to do far better than this, including basic stuff like spelling "Illuminati" correctly. We need a proper citation (look up the term) before we can decide what he meant in context (completely obvious to me, and it isn't "holocaust denial").

"The center is the right too " logic at its finest.

I ******* hate Icke , in fact one of the few times I have got in trouble around here was during a heated conversation about him.

But that doesn't mean I can justify actions I would protest if they happened to people I like.

Can you honestly say if this same logic was used for someone you like you would feel the same way?

I'm not justifying Icke's visa ban or not. I think it may have been a bit heavy-handed but I'm still glad it happened.

What I'm trying to do is change the focus of WHY Icke does what he does, and why he was "outraged" when his visa was banned. He was outraged because it was nothing to do with his freedom of speech. He can still peddle his junk opinions via video-stream from the UK to anywhere in Australia. He was actually outraged because part of his income stream was cut off (and he didn't get his paid-for holiday).

You can see it in his response: "What about all those people who paid to come and see me??!" Paid him. Now he has to refund them...if he hasn't spent it already.

The actual topic here should be why with all of those decades of years Icke did what he did and reached the audience he reached while documentaries were made about him and ballads crafted, now he needs to be banned by the supposedly "democratic" government of that cute prison island. Anyone?

Different times, different people is enough of a reason if you ask me.

You don't understand, do you? He disputes every official account of everything. It's pointless to Google a specific example and use that alone to define his views. He won't even admit the Earth is spherical, for God's sake, because that's what they want you to believe...

Yep. He's not banned. He just can't visit. He can phone it in if he wants.

We like to keep our streets clean of trash. Prevents diseases, you know.

“Visa declined” sounds less martyr.

Correct.

If people really want to listen to him, he can always telecommute to Australia.

Is taking up arms against an alien tyranny a logical response to buying in to his Rorschach gibberings?

And I think it won't be long before people like Icke will be able to livestream on stage, via a 3D hologram, complete with verbal interaction from the audience, that will look so much like he is really on the stage that it might be difficult to tell the difference.

How are governments going ban "virtual speakers"?
